Your experience couldn't have been worse than mine. I recently visited a Russian FBSM provider and got off the table and walked out because my she had no idea how to administer a HJ. In addition to being clueless, she was arrogant. Cluelessness and arrogance. That was the last time I will ever visit that agency.
