Actually posted a response saying don't be surprised if you get banned just shortly before it got pulled. LoL.
Weirdest part was in he handle on all his posts in a he thread changed just before it was pulled, but none of them had a modified notice. Whatever. He's gone now.
As you said, He was obviously guilty of either lying then, or lying now, AND he admitted to modifying his review in exchange for a promised refund, which I think in anyone's book is review fraud, possibly on both their parts. You might have also noticed that except for her doubles reviews, all of her reviews are gone too.
AAR thanks for the great idea about getting his sorry ass kicked off the board. Do you want to split the "plus two" I got for doing it? Don't you just love it when the system works? I doubt anyone is going to be sorry to see his lame ass gone.

No, I sort of thought about reporting, but I thought the mods read the boards and would see it themselves. Plus when I saw it, it had been up so long I figured somebody already had. Like every time I RAP and say this belongs on P&R not GD and I get a reply, already moved but thanks for reporting. HAHA. Always makes me feel like Homer Simpson. Good for you.

Sad thing is for her. She could've handled it better, but I'm guessing all she wanted was for him to lose her number. Now she's lost an important business tool. Sucks for her.
Yesterday Admin temporarily took her reviews down, and then put them back up again. They were considering giving her the boot too, and I will freely admit, I thought they should have delisted her too.
It was obvious he still feels ripped off and it's equally obvious he only re wrote the review of her due to her coercing him to do so in exchange for a partial refund that not only did she never provide, but which was blatant review fraud on her fault.
I think the guy was a POS, but I believe his original review, and the fact he retracted his story in return for a promised partial refund makes them BOTH guilty of review fraud IMHO and I think they should both be kicked the fuck off the board. Apparently Admin disagreed as she is still here. I can't wait until the next time she gets drunk and goes BSC on another client. I have ZERO doubts it's going to happen again, do you?

Haha. Don't worry, Tobi. All you missed was him arguing with the advice he had asked for and proving he had an unhealthy emotional investment in the situation.
I'm guessing karma has something special for ambush jizzers, but I don't wanna think about what it is. I'm sure it goes double if he got it in her hair.

It's plain she coerced him into retracting his earlier statements and IMHO she should get the boot as well.
I do find it ironic he lied to the community in the hopes of getting a couple of hundred bucks back from this woman and not only did he not get any of his money back, but he got his ass thrown off the board to boot. It couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy and the only thing that would make it better would be to find her delisted as well.
BTW, her reviews were down for a while, but they are back up now.
Yeah I read it but I never saw the original. In reading the rewrite I couldn't decide if it was sad or funny.
I don't understand why they let him rewrite it. If you're allowed to do that, why isn't that in the guidelines; and why don't they put a notice on it that it's been changed like they do on the boards? I still don't know why anybody would GAF about a post being modified, but if I'm reading a review that the guy submitted and changed later, I'm gonna want to know that. That schmuck said in the rewrite that it was a rewrite, but I don't know that he had to.
She probably will get faced and have another session like that. Almost a certainty. I've seen a few profiles with a lot of stellar reviews, and then the occasional guy saying she was hammered and it was terrible. No way would I ever call anybody like that.
You know, you're right; he tried to sell out the community for a couple Benjamin's and all he got was thrown out of here. She kept the money, his more favorable review, and all her other good reviews. It's like a divorce and he used a lawyer he found at the mall, haha. If they let her back in, are you sure he wasn't reinstated as well?
