I ask this question because although we both have needs that we look for to get satisfied in this type of arrangement, I know there are certain items that females might seek that might be different than what males would seek. I also know although woman can emotionally compartmentalize, certain feeling and passions I would say that they're not quite as primal and intense as their male counterparts. Thus when I ask the question I was being inquisitive as to what makes women tick when seeking a compatible partner for their libidinal and sexual persuits. Also I wanted to ascertain how they go through the process from a female perspective as well since in this society it is rare and not as commonplace as men seeking the same things from women.
With respect to your question of reviews, I look for how they perform. The social and intellectual foreplay that would transpire with the provider. How they would treat you inside the incall and are they generous with their anatomy and their amenities for hygiene purposes. Also I look for patterns both good and bad with the overall interaction and experience with whatever provider I would be interested in at a given time.

I'll do my best to answer your questions
I use reviews only for basic info like: are her photos accurate, does she show up reasonably on time, what her personality is like, ease of parking, etc. I dont rely on performance stuff and rarely view it since most of it is not relatable to me. Most of my decision on whether to see her is based first on her ad (if she has one), then I'll check out her website, and then our email communication is the finalising factor.
There really are no "women for women" review sites, at least that I know of. We use whatever is already out there like you guys do. As much as I'd like to read other women's reviews, it would be daunting to try to find them on other escort sites without first knowing what name to look for. Talk about looking for a needle in a haystack! And if you know of any, please share!
The verification process is exactly the same for you, me and everyone else. To a provider I'm just another paying customer.

If you want to know something interesting Duplicitouslust, if a Provider wants to book with another provider... most providers accept the verification of TER reviews and P411 acct as screening, along with any references and other Hobby related verification sites. If that isn't good enough for some reason (which I have yet to come across), you can also get verified as a client via P411, which I just had happen as well. Gina works with a lot of situations to help someone in the Hobby. I figured I would make it as easy as possible in case it ever was needed. No I don't write reviews on any site, but if I wanted to, yes I could. I even asked about it a few years ago. I just figure it looks fishy if I did one, so I just don't.

Honestly, I don't have much time to sit around and try to find reviews done by women, so I just see what catches my eye on the TER boards or if someone on TER suggests someone, I may take a look. Then I check reviews and ask if they see female clients. I don't Hobby much and when I did, it was with two gals I knew extremely well prior. I even did Doubles with the one whenever I'd go down south. Both retired and am looking at a treat for me :P
