Just got my latest SI. Big story on how mainstream media loves to talk about the super bowl and the increase in hobbying. They say its bullshit. Kind of makes sense. Room rates are high. Why bother.

I've never seen jerky sold by the pound, I was just pointing out that beef jerky is not a poor man's snack, as was insinuated by you.

Read your reply to my post in this thread. You started off by saying SI staff makes money hand over fist, and didn't need to shop at a gas station. Personally I'm glad there is a retailer that carries my preferred brand of beef jerky.
