My guess is it's on the server side and not active content blocking or filtering. (not an IT guy)
No response lasted anywhere from 5 to 90 seconds. Have to reload multiple times until server responds.Logged out or logged in made no difference.
Different browsers made no difference.
PC or smartphone made no difference.
Running a VPN to simulate another country made no difference.
Using a TOR browser made no difference.
Just submitted a review and it came back "Server not found".

Started having problems with the mobile version two days ago. Usually can get into one of the two and it seems to be intermittent.
But yes, I've been getting that from time to time for a week to ten days. Usually seems to last only several minutes, but of course I don't know how long it was unavailable before I tried.
While writing reviews and lost the whole damn thing when I tried to submit, so I learned a long time ago to save the review before hitting submit.
It usually works a few minutes later.

Where I couldn't get in through Safari in my mobile, but no problems from my laptop or hard wired PC.
...they are making changes. New review guidelines, testing beta version for more new things coming. It's a pain in the ass but it's tolerable.
yeah, was getting server not found for days, erased my cache, tried changing browsers, but then used the tor browser, worked like a charm.
Yes...and it is driving us ladies crazy! Tried from my mobile and it didn't work, so tried from my computer. Still didn't work. Been trying to get on here since this morning! It happened last week as well. So frustrating!!!
