Thank you for your reply and for clarifying an otherwise obscure term here. It is not well
defined within the group and never seems to come up for discussion. Most men are too preoccupied
with having sex, and the ladies are too preoccupied with making the money, or so it seems.....

I sort of figured that it was "cumming inside without a condom" but I was not sure.
(In other words, it is naked, unprotected intercourse, "husband and wife" style).

The reason for the question are manifold fold. I will explain, for anyone interested.....

a. some ladies have nice web sites that describe their services in great detail. "Come in Deep"
is one of the services offered, permitted or provided on some of them from time to time.  
I just never knew quite that the term meant, altough I have long suspected that it is as
you described. I am still a rookie, or a recent newbie to the escort business, and somewhat of a scared  
chicken in the process, so I have become a bit more cautious after my last few encounters. Fun as
they are, I am at times mortified by what I see and read on some of these reviews by the clients
on TER and some of the other forums that I follow. All of this is very interesting to me, and I am
learning as I go.
 

b. most of the ladies who offer "Come in Deep" are older ladies who have been in the escort
business a long time (for years in most cases).

c. In my own case, I was with a lady who offered the same "service" under the GUISE that I was "special". Not sure how or why, as I saw nothing special at all about myself other than I had seen her several times. Maybe it was a trust or confidence thing...on her part. In any event, the idea of doing
that with her or any other escort sort of gave me the chills and willies and I lost interest almost  
immediately. The ASSUMPTION on my part was that if she was going to allow me to "Come in Deep"
(i.e. without a condom being a requirement) as a "special" treat, she likely was doing it, and had been doing it all along with other clients as well. Danger signals and red flags went up....(I did not write a
review on this one, so she will remain anonymous for this discussion).

In my past life (1990) I was trained as an EMT, both BLS and ALS. Much of our training involved
such detailed subjects as pathogens, STDs, HIV, HPV, infectious diseases, etc....so, I was more or less "schooled" ahead of time in many field medical and human physiology disciplines.

Of particular concern to me was Chlamydia and Gonorhea ("GNID"), both of which can be
contracted via UNPROTECTED intercourse and Unprotected DATY. A man can catch both in either the
genitals or the throat. The throat is especially bad, because it can go right to the lungs if not caught
very early on. Women performing BBBJ can catch the same thing, and both require acute medical treatment as soon as symptoms present themselves (usually, most folks think they have bronchitis or pollin when really they may have Chlamydia in the throat or lungs, usually in its' earliest stages).  

I am not sure how many escort women are seen regulary, medically, by their doctors to insure
their personal, sexual health "down there", since it is never talked about on the forums. Again, the
ASSUMPTION is that it is not an issue so long as condoms are used. That's only about 50% correct.

Early on, I asked one provider what the chances were of passing on an STD to a client. Her
response was simple, scary and it stuck in my mind: "In this business, you can never be sure"....not
very encouraging. After hearing that, I more or less lost all interest.

The next question that I asked was "how" one (ladies) kept clean and safe to prevent an STD, and
what I got back was a blank stare. Never did get an answer to that one. PRESUMABLY, it's a roll of
the dice with some ladies. If one offers "come in deep" I would presume that there is a high percentage
that a client "could" indeed pick up an unwanted gift from his lady. This does not presume that all
ladies are infected; it only takes ONE time to learn the lesson the hard way. With very active (high
volume) escorts who permit "come in deep", the chances of catching something is magnifyed
expotentially, probably more than 50%.

While "coming in deep" offers a significantly greater pleasure than the condom, its' risks are likely far greater as well, particulary if a lady offers, and has offered, this as a "service" to MANY of her clients
both past and present.

I answered mona38s reply in which she explained what the term meant. This is a learning
experience, not a criticism.  

Liquor, or drinks aside, it's always good to know what one is doing before "deep diving" too quickly.

My original question was based on a previous experience with a lady who preferred that a condom
not be used in order that the ultimate pleasure could be experienced. That's all.
