Outside of the bigger cities in the Carolinas, you are going to find fewer and fewer provides. It seems like people don't realize how far apart some of the cities in NC are spread out. I always recommend going up to the closest large city and getting to know a couple of providers there and see if at some point they would be willing to travel to your area for future appointments.
