The United Nations wants to tax oil to raise 3/4 of a trillion dollars. Of course not ALL of it would come from the US, but can you imagine how much would be paid for here.
The UN has the worst record of efficient spending in the world. They make AIG look like saints. Let's give them 750 billion dollars and see how much can be given to petty tyrants and UN officals' families.
