I have to adamantly disagree. I believe in individual responsibility. We all encounter thousands of sweet innocent human beings everyday in our daily lives. There's no way I am going to tar them with the sins of really a tiny few.
Human beings in prison, and some may arrive there sweet and innocent, but few leave that way. Sometimes loss of innocence is necessary for survival. The small and weak will offer their bodies up to someone strong for sex in exchange for protection from other predators. It's not always rape.
