Without getting to political, as I know we now have a new place for that, unfortunately too many conservatives here in America view handing out free condoms as immoral.  We are supposed to of course not enjoy sex for pleasurable reasons between two people, but save ourselves until we get married and have sex to procreate.  And women wonder why their husbands cheat on them (ok, some cases the guy might just be a real selfish jerk), but alot of relationships that I have come across from clients are very loving relationships as far as emotions go, however the women tend to be indifferent to sex or prudish.  Sadly women do not realize that sex can be a wonderful relationship tool in creating a closer bond for both parties, that a woman can and should be pleased in the sexual act, and let go of all that teachings that sex is dirty and sex is bad.  Sex is fun, sex is liberating, sex is comforting, sex is passionate, sex is feeling full of life and reminder of life.
If I have a daughter, while being considerate of age appropriate material and exposing her to such at certain times, I will make sure that she is proud of her body, her sexuality and when it comes to the mom/daughter talk, I will let her know how wonderful it really can be when two people take the time to learn each others body and that she should never just lay there to please her partner and show him how to touch her.  And if he doesn't care to take the time, she will have the confidence to leave him and realize that she deserves someone who is willing to give back and make her happy, in sexual and in her emotional well being
