The two things that may save Wade Phillips is that one, he did get the Cowboys a home playoff game (which given the high expenditures of the Cowboys was important to Jones)and two Jones has always liked Wade and has really supported him (Word around the NFL is that Phillips is well liked and one of the "good guys" in coaching) But winning is the bottom line and I am sure Jones is already seething after the blowout loss to the Vikings. In the end, its about 50/50, but I think he keeps his job.
In spite of Sunday's playoff loss to the Jets, I'd be really surprised if Turner looses his job. He has gotten the Chargers in the playoffs 3 straight years (winning the division), including a run to the 2007 AFC championship game. I think its 90/10 in favor of Turner returning.

Jerry wants a yes man, and Wade is that man. Jerry doesn't want an abrasive coach, that's why he got rid of Parcels. Wade bows down to Jerry and does whatever he wants and says and because of that, the fucker will keep his job.
Personally I think he should have been fired two years ago. Winning a wild card isn't anything spectacular. Winning a division is, and Wade can't coach a team to do that. He should stick to defensive coaching because he isn't cut out to be a head coach IMO.
