SHAME ON ROOM SERVICE

Just returned from a wasted trip for a meeting with Michelle.  Had a 4:30 appt., showed up 5 min early, called in and was told to head to the meeting location and call back in 10 minutes,as Michelle was running late, which I did. Answering machine. Called back several times over the next 25 minutes including three voice messages with my cell # on the messages. No phone call back. Finally I got an operator and was told that her 5:15 appt. was just sent up and that there was nothing that they could do.  No apology/no offer to correct the situation. I have used this service a couple of times previously with no problems and have read all of the apoligies from Jill for various reasons. Can't wait to hear the reason that someone could not pick up the phone and call me back! Unless there is some offer to make my wasted time seem unwasted, they are going to lose another hobbyist to all of the other talent that is in the area.
