Hello, Friends--

I wanted to design my own website because I wanted to have sole control over the content.  I'm not a professional and have not taken any classes, so I suppose that it is not all that surprising that the occasional coding problem came up.

I chose to put my site on a secure server that a computer forensics geek runs because I thought that doing so would be safer.  Well, this decision recently paid off in spades.  A couple of mornings ago he called me to tell me that he was checking the code on my pages and FOUND MY REAL NAME in the code for one of the images.  The link from the page to the image read:  c://documents and settings/MY REAL NAME/imagename.gif.  

I about tossed my coffee when he told me this.  Fortunately, this guy is very detail-oriented and found this potentially horrible mistake after my site had been live for only a couple of days.  

Please, please, if you do not have a professional doing your site work for you, GO THROUGH THE CODE and make sure that there isn't anything personally revealing in there.
