...over the phone? I want to visit greek but I don't know if this provider would be up too it so I wanted to ask her beforehand when setting the appt. I've seen her before but its been a while since the last time and when we first meet I asked her about it during the visit and she didn't seem up to it.
No. It is not okay to discuss services over the phone. Book someone whose profile/reviews and/or website give you a fair degree of confidence that you are going to get what you have in mind.
Most providers (if they are smart) will not discuss services over the phone, especially if they don't know you.

You really can't be more direct than that without sounding like LE if she doesn't remember you, or its outside a session.
Don't begin with foreign languages. Too many dialects, you want Macedonian with feta on that ? Turkish a la Istanbul with a twist of lemon maybe ?
If you asked the intro question, are you accomodating ?, she'll either say she only does what she only does, or maybe you could discuss it but she might want to make sure you aren't hung like donkey first, or she might want to take it easy the first round and check out your style and then lay the upsell on you, she normally doesn't do it cause it feels funny but she'll make an exception for an extra C note, some do regularly but want advance notice so they can get ready, once in a while it just happens out of the blue but don't bet on it although a surprising number of girls have let me slip my thumb up their ass and liked it that didn't automatically mean they want to follow on with my flesh seeking dick....
