She is aware that you'll need to freshen up upon your arrival. Once you arrive you talk for a few minutes to get acquainted and then head to the shower. Once you finish up what do you do next? Do you go back into the room naked ready to get into the action? Do you go back into the room with just a towel wrapped around your waist? Do you put your under wear back on and head into the room or do you get fully dressed?

I haven't had this experience, as I almost always come to a date straight from home, but if I did, I think I'd wrap the towel around me and keep it on until the lady was ready to take it off me herself, or she got as undressed as I was. I would feel pretty awkward parading these old bones in front of a fully dressed woman.
Or guys usually have the towel wrapped around their waist

I have struggled with this also, as i have done 2 out of 3. I have done the towel thing a couple times, it went well. My first time, I put on my undies ( clean, out of the suitcase, and my shorts, as I was in Vegas ). Ladies were all ok with my entrance, but like you, I am still a bit uncomfortable with what they like.
I have a nice Grove Park Inn robe from the spa when I went there that is really nice. You could put that on while we get acquainted. I like to spend a bit of time with someone before jumping into a physical empty experience. You can get that any where. Unless you are in a hurry. I'm never in a hurry so lets enjoy the moment, share a cold beverage of yours and mine choice. Seduce a bit, flirt, make love, then I will probably have fixed a snack to munch on during the evening. Talk a bit, enjoy a head to toe massage............then, I'd like to take you to heaven and back again
