that you would probably just know that. So, if you're giving it this much consideration you should probably go for it once.
If it's a matter of limited funds, to where the added time in the session means fewer dates per month, I feel your pain. I would suggest you see a provider to where that IS the session, with a HJ or BJ end. Should be cheaper and you can check out how you like sensual massage. Plenty such providers on TER, and a lot of FS ladies have a FBSM session at a lower rate than their normal.

a massage, I'll go to a Japanese spa for some shiatsu from a professional. In fact, I will often do that AFTER a session. If she's just doing a dick massage, I will do my best to go along with it.

When I go to a masseuse, my expectations focus on a truly good massage. A Trantrika or a masseuse might also be a provider, but if I go for a massage I'm expecting an entirely different experience than if I arrange for a girlfriend experience. And, as wonderful as the GFE providers are, sometimes I am more in the mood for a good massage.
So, if a provider starts her session with a massage, it's usually little more than a relaxing backrub and a chance for her to feel me up on the flip. Maybe a nice routine to kick things off, but seldom what I would value as a good massage.
So, no...generally it's not very important to me. However, there have been times when I arrived at the incall with upper or lower back pain. I asked the provider if she could work out the knots in the way I might request a cool drink of water upon arrival. Mmmm, or maybe a sandwich? Never thought of that possibility. Mmmmmm...maybe next time....

I rarely get massages from actual GF either. With a "real" GF, the guy, or at least in my experience "I" end up GIVING a lot more massages than GETTING them. Even when my GF was an actual massage therapist. lol
Come to think of it, I rarely get massages from SB's either, I guess it's a good thing I haven't sworn off hookers as I get a LOT of massages from hookers, and yes I do get a lot of massages from GFE providers, but many of the women I see are Thai or Korean, giving great massages seems to be in their blood. Unless of course you make them a real GF and then just like American women they start wanting to "get" massages instead of "giving" them. Which is just one of the many reasons hookers will never go out of style.

I complained a few times, and she just said rubbing my feet doesn't get her anything, but when I give her a full-day massage, it almost always led to sex. Can't really argue with the logic there. Later, I found out that I can get a one-hour foot massage at the local viet nail salon for $40 from a hot young viet girl, and if you know how to work it, it can also lead to sex without me having to massage anybody first.
I do enjoy lots of body contact, "Roman" hands, maybe a body slide, etc. If I want a massage I will look specifically for that type of session and provider, and expect a lower rate.
