I told her to leave (GET THE FUCK OUT!) and she did... back then I screened with my little head by looking at ad photos. I picked with my dick back then.  

That was my first, and only,  upsell.

but very uncommon now, at least for the kind of hobbying we do here.

At MPs however, it is par for the course.

Odd, back in those days the airlines were one price for everything and now they have devolved into ruthless up-selling while the hobby has gone the other way.  There must be a moral in that

There's a fee for the 'room' that guys pay to the front desk, then whatever the guy wants from a girl in the room has to be negotiated. Totally exhausting procedure if you're not a Persian rug salesman I'd have thought. I like to have one fee based on time, and everything I'm happy to do is included in that fee whatever it may be, and however it may differ from client to client.
Makes life less stressful.

And I know of a few ladies in Utah on Backpage that upsell. But honestly most independent providers do not up sell at least in Utah. I am clueless about Las Vagas and clueless about the casino girl/street walker seen there or anywhere. The just isn't any such seen in Utah. I do know about the legal Nevada brothel seen and upselling is common. To get the best deal there know what you want to start and have it included from the start.

The upsell is usually starting at 600+ and up but can be lower at times depending on the lady and again that is not for a hour it is usually until completion.There is no multi-rounds and if you want that you are going to pay more for everything it is like ala carte.Oh you want to kiss...that is x amount more and on and on it goes.GFE...ha be prepared to pay 1k+
Alot of casino girls work for these type of places so even though they "appear as independent"hanging around the casino or bars in essence they work for those type of agencies so again you get the upsell.
Stay with independent or a reputable reviewed agency.

I do not upsell as independent.However,years ago I used to work for an agency here in Vegas the owners sold the business to these new people who totally changed everything.A flat fee agency turned into an agency who wants their ladies to upsell or you don't make money.Needless,to say that kind of business is not what I wanted to do that is when I became an independent provider six years later the best decision ever!
But it is very common here in Vegas if you do not do your research and just look for ladies in the bar,casino,or hotel,or BP.I know BP is used in many cities but if you use BP in Vegas 90% you are going to be disappointed.Because these same bait and switch agencies out here are posing as independent on BP posting ads consistently all day every day.

Edited to add...on a re-read of this post I won't say 99% I will say 90% of BP ads are b&s.
There is the reputable providers on BP in vegas but you really have to do some searching.
