END OF MESSAGE

Every once in a while a condom breaks when seeing a client. How do you protect yourself from getting pregnant ? Do you take birth control pills ? Have you every had to use the morning after pill ?

that you're been boning your ATF bareback and are starting to have concerns that she may name you as her baby-daddy?  Just curious, because broken condoms are pretty rare in the big scheme of things.

I got a good laugh at that one. I laughed for about 10 minutes straight.

besides, that's a body bag to dispose if you if the condoms breaks.
you must be a newbie. that's an inside joke.

I've probably had it happen maybe a dozen different times personally, but that is spread over forty something years, but let's say it happens even one time out of a thousand, the odds of a girl who sees only one client a day are that it's going to happen to her once every three years or so. Enough for the OP to have a valid point.

You know when you put the rubber on and and realize you put on the wrong way. Then put it back on. That precum can get a provider pregnant too. Of course one should be careful and throw that condom away and get a new one to be on the safe side.

I had one condom break years ago back in 2005. I was wonder why it felt so good. Both me and provider freaked out and realized the condom broke. It was a durex condom. I lucked out because she was on birth control pills. NO STDs showed up on STD testing.

I have never had a  trojan condom bust.

Well, I for one am thankful rarities do happen. I am the result of a broken condom. To be clear though, my Dad is cheap. He probably skimped on the condom, and ended up with me.

Hmmm, cost benefit analysis.

As long as some of us have been hobbying who in the hell first of all puts on their own condom, and then puts it on backwards.

I've had them come off inside the provider, usually after cumming and just resting for a minute in her.  I don't know how much seeps out and inside, but it differently seeps out around the condom while pulling out.

Don't buy magnums unless you really are a magnum.

Seriously, I've had that happen, too, but only when I was the first appointment of the day for he girl, and she was a young tight spinner. I tried Japanese condoms, but they are too tight, so I just have to live with the occasional, but rare, seeping, like you do.

Not HER top, the top (rim; cuff) of the condom. Once I have "relaxed", the bag no longer a has a tight grip on my weenie so I take care to compress it against my shaft and pull out both pieces together.

But wouldn't you be more worried about STD than her birth control procedures?

Your ignorance is forgiven. And no. A Hobbyist should worry about getting a Provider pregnant as well as getting &/or receiving an STD. Because either way both the Provider & Hobbyist are screwed. If the Hobbyist gets the Provider pregnant then he has to pay child support. And If both provider & hobbyist has an STD, then they both are still screwed.

If only one has an STD and gives it to the other, then that person, whether it be the hooker or the john, is screwed and not in the good way.

Realistically, whether in this world or in the civie world both of these scenarios are concerns.

To date, along with the customary HIV and herpes warnings, there is now, according to the CDC (you know, the center for disease control!) a drug resistant form of gonorrhea in full blown presence in the general population.

For those of you who don't know, this is a form of gonorrhea that is RESISTANT to drug therapy which means, once you have it - it can't be cured because the drugs won't work on it. And surprise boys and girls, you can get gonorrhea in your eyes, your throat. It isn't limited to just your anus and genitals. Condoms are your ONLY friend in this case. Better safe than stuck with something incurable.

And if you can't cure it, it WILL spread throughout your body and then you are looking at this and NO treatment for it.

Complications of untreated gonorrhea in other areas of the body

Disseminated gonococcal infection (DGI) occurs when the gonorrhea infection spreads to sites other than the genitals, such as the joints, skin, heart, or blood. Complications of DGI include:

Fever.
Skin infection (cellulitis).
An infection in the bloodstream (sepsis).
Inflammation of a joint (arthritis). It most often affects the knees and hands.
An infection and inflammation of the heart valves and the chambers of the heart (endocarditis).
An infection of the fluid and tissues that surround the brain and spinal cord (meningitis).

.... and these issues will never go away because your gonorrhea will never be cured because it is the drug resistant strain. Congratulations!

Pregnancy is the least of anyone's worries in this case. What the last man gave that girl that she didn't know about and is now giving you should be your bigger concern. Because, let's be serious - who in their right mind goes around sticking their dick into women they aren't in a committed relationship WITHOUT using a condom unless they are already infected with something and/or don't give a damn about their own health?

If a condom breaks and you are both regular condom users, this is one problem. If either of you seems to think that doing it raw and dumping your body fluids in any of her cavities without a condom is a fantastic and perfectly reasonable idea with other folks --- well, a condom breaking is the equivalent of someone making a bomb threat on your immuno-system.

Child support only lasts 18 years. Incurable STD will follow you to the grave and pretty much ensure that no one is going to want to love you again. Condoms. Make love, not regrets

From what I know bbfs in the region you are in and various cities around the US is rampant. They don't seem to care about STDs like they use too. That drug resistant gonorrhea scare has been going on for at least 2 years, it started in Japan.

There will be a baby boom with all the folks practicing bbfs out there. If there boys I guess the name will be johnny lol.

I hope you're both very happy together.

"From what I know bbfs in the region you are in and various cities around the US is rampant."

Yes, and it correlates perfectly with the heroin and meth user populatiion that has exploded nationally at pretty much the same time. Which makes perfect sense. If I were feeding a drug habit, the last thing I am worried about is the quality of my life later and getting HIV, herpes or drug resistant gonorrhea would mean as much to me as saving money for an IRA account at that point.

Which is why men who think going bareback with a provider is a reasonable request make absolutely no sense to me. Its not like drug addicts are really good at holding down normal employment and would rather die than wait 2 weeks to see a paycheck to buy drugs with.

But hey - your genitals, your life. Some of like to gamble with money, not with our health.

she isn't on the pill.  Doesn't like to take anything artificial, even aspirin.  Got me a bit concerned about condom breakage.

With birth control pills. I know a lot of women including my wife that came down with breast cancer where they had been taking birth control pills starting in there teenage years for over 3 years. There have been studies linking birth control usage to breast cancer. It is much worst when the lady has breast cancer gene when taking birth control pills.

....the amount of breakage or leakage in my personal experience has happened never.
I've "religiously" been on bc pills or Depo shot since long before becoming a provider at the start of 2010.
No diseases ... no pregnancies. Huzzah.

So many options today, both before the sperm meets egg and after.
I'd be more concerned about STDs, but risk is lower for men.

Not even close to true. Have a talk with your doc before resting comfortably on that fantasy.

ever hear of a defective one???  I have...and my lil swimmer did his job. Nothing is 100% effective.

here did I say that it works for 100% of women 100% of the time? Nothing is perfect for every person or is perfect 100% of the time. It's all about risk management.

The mirena has one of the most effective rates of any contraceptive measure out there. It's far better than pills and other hormonal based contraceptives, without the negative effects of estrogen.

The OP asked about backup measures, and as far as I am concerned this one is perfect for me. I am not having unprotected sex with anyone at the moment, so I sure as hell am not going to waste my time worrying about a condom breaking AND my IUD failing.

fertilizer. THE BEST!  I used to get them from female friends ... plants grow like weeds so be careful not to get them near your nether region or prepare for the wurst. A dense bush.
