I'm not a real fan of implants, but understand why some ladies feel the need. However, the attached article points out somethings I did not know, including the fact that they only last 10-15 years and then have to be replaced, so if you put them in when you are 20 you face a lifetime of maybe 3 more operations.
Ladies I've worked in the hospital for years and I've seen the implants at all stages! Gravity always wins! Looking around it seems to me some of the best girls are modest sized and I know I enjoy bra-less summers. The only time I think it's a good option is if you have big difference between breasts after having children. My sister was a nearly B on one side and D on the other and she was not happy until she got them evened out.
I, as just one guy, don't care about boob size. I'm more of a nipple guy anyway.

I have contemplated a boob job on and off for years. What gets me is the lack of support for us small boobed girls haha. Its hard to find sexy lingerie and clothes that aren't cut for bigger boobs. You can be damn sexy with small boobs, but things have to fit rite! The hassle of shopping is one of my biggest motivations! Haha

First of all, I think you are absolutely perfect the way you are as I am sure you can tell when we are together... 
On the other hand, I like boobs too...not massive boobs, but basically nice shapely boobs be it enhanced or naturale...money seems the be the major factor when getting enhancements done right....and I really, really like it when a woman is happy and satisfied with the way she looks as she truly goes all out in the bedroom to enjoy herself which results in enjoyment for her partner. Thats what it is all about right? personal satisfaction and enjoyment?
Anyways, personally, I still think you are perfect....but any enhancements you choose to make would definitely put you over the top....just be happy.

I am not a big fan of implants either, but it is up to the paricular woman to make that decision for herself whether she wants to go the implant root or not. Even though breasts implants is consider a common surgery these days, it is still surgery and with any surgery there are risk involved.
