I'm assuming your talking about your latest review, that guy has loads of reviews going back many years, which doesn't mean he is not lying. Either way you must contact the Admins to get that review pulled.

I am curious to why gentleman have to write reviews about a provider when they clearly have never met them nor contacted them.  Can anyone shed some light on this subject for me?  I am only on here every now and then so I log on today to find that some hobbyist wrote a review about me who I have never heard of and to top it off with said I did a duo and I do not do duos with anyone nor do I do Bare back FS.   He also stated that I was a full figured woman and I clearly am not over 130lbs at 5'8".  I am so livid how do you get this removed and what should I do about it?

Any thoughts?

Yes I am talking about the latest review.  I have not even worked in over three weeks and I have never done a duo NOR do I have a roommate as well.  So he is clearly talking about some one else and I am also not full figured I am lean long legged and in very amazing shape.  I kickbox.   I have never and I mean NEVER done BAREBACK and never plan to as well.

Admin knows about it as well.

He never says a thing about BBFS, and everyone's definition of "full figured" is different, not to mention he say it in a very complimentary way and never does he indicate he found you "fat".

If it's fake, it's fake and you have a right to be upset about a fake review, but you need to reread this review and get a grip on your emotions

From the review:
"EVERYTHING is covered with her until you become her regular (that's a long story)"

Reading between the lines, looks like regulars get to go Uncovered, according to him

He never got to be a "regular" and he claims he only got a CBJ because of it.

Quite frankly, his credibility looks every bit as good as hers. I think if she goes BSC on the boards over this THAT will do her more harm than this review.

They'll try to get from the reviewer any correspondence that he may have had with you and maybe you with him. Chances are he'll ignore TER request then it'll be up to them as to pull the review or not. But I can see your bitch, the review states you were alittle late, that you shorted him on time, he seems that you rushed him, "full figure" could mean anything to others, so that's debatable, The asking to bring a friend is odd....and the fly in the wall that "EVERYTHING is covered with her until you become her regular (that's a long story)" WTF does that mean?
But overall, I can see your bitch if you didn't see him...So good luck and have at it.

A real long shot here, but could the guy have confused you with someone else in your area? (I tried a quick search of Phoenix, age, and a few other parameters but I don't see any Profiles that look a lot like yours.)

Some guys do not remember the right name or other info and can make a dumb mistake like that. Sometimes they type in the wrong TER ID number in the review form. Etc..

DO bring it up with TER Admin.

And there's nothing wrong with "full figured"!

Good luck getting this resolved.

That probably does happen from time to time, but this guy used her name several times in the review.

I got a PM from someone who pointed out that the reviewer hobbies in Phoenix AND Chicago and that there is a similar Autumn in Chicago. He might have reviewed Chicago-Autumn using Phoenix-Autumn's Profile ID by mistake.

Right now, that seems like a good bet, to me. I give full credit to the PMer for digging that up detail

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there's little to no chance that review is coming down. Despite their review guidelines stating all reviews need to be accurate, TER staff has yet to take any action for me or the many other providers I've spoken to who have had issues with review accuracy. Maybe, just maybe, you'll have better luck since you didn't actually see the guy. I'll cross my fingers for you.

I've actually wanted to make a similar post for a few days. I don't care for the scoring system in use here (I'm not even eligible for 10's), but the scores I receive don't really affect my business (I assume because most clients realize the problems inherent with how this site is run). If you write a review and say I'm an 8, that's fine. Whatever, to each their own. But if you write a review and say something offensive like I'm "a good ride", or my 5'3, 125 pound self is "bigger" than my "old" pictures, that actively hurts my reputation and business--especially considering I am in no way big, and my pictures are three weeks old.

I'm specifically referring to a review written by an almost impossible client that I had a horrible time with, who was blunt, rude, smelled, literally just lay on the bed the whole time, and overstayed his welcome. From speaking with other providers, it's ALWAYS those clients who write shitty and offensive reviews. I wrote to him and very politely explained why I had a problem with his review. He blocked me. I then wrote to TER and they said they'd write to him. I haven't heard anything back; I can only assume they either didn't write to him or they sent something completely ineffectual, because they don't care.

It would be great to have some kind of comment system for the providers, so that if we have any issues we could make a note and attach it to whichever review we have a problem with. But I doubt that will ever happen.

Big difference between a fake review (where the reviewer never met the provider) and a negative review by an "impossible" client.  For a negative review, it's the provider's story of what happened or didn't happen in the room vs the reviewer's story. The guy might have been a jerk during the session, but how can Admin know for sure what actually happened?

But in the case of a fake review, I've seen cases where a provider has been successful in getting the review pulled, if the reviewer can't show any evidence, eg an email, that the session happened, or at least was scheduled. Also the provider might have evidence to give to Admin, eg an incriminating email or PM from the reviewer.

And as was mentioned above, the OP's case could be one of a mistake by the reviewer vs. a deliberate fake review.

Well yes I get your point but honestly never met that person. Never heard of that person. Never did do it with anybody. Nor have I ever had sex in a Jacuzzi. So no I've never met that person couldn't tell you anything about them yes I did email them or PM house you should say saying and stating I'm sure he has me mistaken for somebody else. I am not full figured like I mentioned I'm 5-8 and slender and tone with bright red hair and I don't know any females here in Phoenix so no never done any Duos with anyone I'm really not into girls. No offense girls are beautiful yes I dance been around too many females butt I prefer the mail and now to me thank you. So just to let you know it's not somebody being a jerk but I meant if it's a bad review all take it I'm all about honesty on my reviews. They didn't have a good time they didn't have a good time right about it I have no problems with that but if I've never met you don't try to make something up especially when they say that I do bareback it with a regular switch I've never done. I'm very strict on my policies which is funny anyhow you have a great day

A number of providers I know and some I follow on Twitter are and have been complaining about fake reviews and that TER won't remove them even after proof they are fake.

I hope you get yours resolved and I hope TER gets rid of all of these fake reviews.
