ED is a serious problems as it cuts short full enjoyment of sex in men who have decades of life ahead of them and their partners. (Loss of interest in sex is different and occurs in both men and women and this too is a serious thing. To address ED, there are a number of solutions including cock rings, pumps and c rings etc. The ones which are now readily available and work for many men are the medications we all know (Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra.) They work for men with many --but not all-- causes of ED and can also prolong pleasure for men without ED and their partners by reducing refractory time.
I really want to address penile injections. These are poorly understood, not easy to get, and considered too unpleasant by many men who would benefit from their use. Some of the injections given are pure quackery. What is NOT quackery and works well are the injections put together by compounding pharmacies as prescribed by a urologist or an internist/geriatrician. These involve combinations of substances that causes arterial dilation and increase blood flow locally and for about 1/2 hour if properly injected and dosed. Following injection in the right spot, the penis is massage to spread the medication throughout the organ. I have prescribed these for four men married to women who are still very interested (OK, I confess, three marriages were older men married to much younger women; one was a recently married couple in their 80s who both wanted a full sex life.) They work well and safely if properly injected and properly dosed. I prescribe a mixture called Trimix. This is not a joke, not hard to use, and female partners have told me they do not find it takes away from the pleasure of the moment. Two of the ladies told me they do the injecting and penile massage which follows and find it adds to the excitement.
I don't want to drag this out, I just wanted people to know that the use of injectables can restore to almost anyone physical ability to carry on with sexual activity.
voice of reason and clearly know what you're talking about. Needless to say, no one is sticking a needle in my dick no matter what. I prefer to not let my overall health deteriorate to the point that I need even consider something like this. I am with CDL here, I have no desire to ever become a "needle dick". I will drag my lazy ass to the gym 4 hours a day if necessary to keep my dick working, and also to make sure women don't look at me with disgust when fucking me. I have already given up beer and I eat healthy. I eat ZERO processed food.
Now I do drink like a fish. I heard somewhere that a glass of wine a day is healthy, so in my warped mind I got it into my head that if a glass is "good" two bottles must be "great".
