I have seen some ladies asking for work verification if you dont have sny provider refferrences from their city how does that work when i work for myself and dont have any employees?

This is not a problem at all and you will be fine. What you need to do is get verified through a verification service. Prefferred411, Date-Check, RS-AVS (formerly roommate2000.com.) It will only take you a day or two to get verified through these services. Once you have these then your good to go. All you need to do is provide the ones you get verified through, when booking dates. Each has a charge from monthly to yearly and very reasonable. Hope this will help you out. Happy Hobbying

Verification sites will help a lot more than having a bunch of reviews, which can be faked. Lots of escorts will accept reviews, but a lot will notice a lack of whitelists or way to PM those in your review list and will need more.
I find that most providers have different requirements. Even if you are a member of a verification site some still see that is being new since you may not have any vouches but if you have vouches that's fine. You can ask some of the ladies that you reviewed to vouch for you on your p411 or date-check if you go that route. I think the best option is to find a provider and then ask her what she needs for her employment process if indeed you have to use your work info but since you have reviews you should be able to find a provider just by using your references. It may be more simple then what you think but honestly there is no one standard way to screen so once you ask you will have more info.

They can be used to "disapprove" a guy just as easily as they can be used to "approve" another.
I believe an overall TER presence goes a long ways to helping a guy get past screening, IF the lady herself is an active TER member herself. I am sure there are many women who would see me strictly because of my TER presence, of course I can think of a couple of dozen BSC hookers who wouldn't see me even if they lost a bet for the very same reason. lol
My point was that the reviews are so easily and often manipulated that relying only on a certain number of good sounding reviews with no further verification is not very smart

More and more gals and/or their agents should become active TER members so that they could PM individuals seeking appointments. If the guy has been around awhile with a number of reviews, just a few questions will determine if he's legit or not. Ciao!
