Remember there was a movie a while back called "Private Benjamin" with Goldie Hawn? (tells you how old I am, eh?). It began with her getting married which was quickly followed by her husband on top of her pounding away, then him cumming and dying.  

I remember myself thinking, if at some point we all die anyway that would be the best way to go, kind of cumming and going at the same time.  

I understand that this must be an escort's worst nightmare but chances are by this point the problems and dramas of one's earthly existence would no longer concern you.

Hopefully, the lady will do the right thing, call 911.  Then call the front desk so they can direct the first responders.  Prop the door open, on the catch. Then provide first aid to the best of her ability & qualifications.  As soon as the person is recieving care, I suggest the lady bolt for the bathroom & hope her clothes are in there.

I think I made some joke about being old and the subject came up of guys having a heart attack during sex.   She casually mentioned that it was something she worried about with her older clients and, having a science background, she decided to get a defibrillator for her incall.   It seemed kind of extreme to me and it was an outcall so I couldn't verify but still I think it is a worry.

My solution is to have sex more often -- puts less stress on the body if its used to it

I hope I am never in a situation where the lady has major health issues.

But I am prepared. I have CPR, and first responder training. Carry a fully stocked first aid kit in my truck with defibrillator, and I mean fully stock. And I always have a phone on me and an emergency phone in the truck.

If something like a heart attack happened to a lady I was seeing I would call for help and administer whatever first aid I could that was appropriate. Once help arrived I would let the paramedics take over. After a day I would check up on her and see if she needed anything. I hope if it was me with a heart attack or some other major issue during the session the lady would do the same for me.

I think the defribulator is dangerous in the wrong hands. I guess it beats dying tho. Was it because the sex was that good ... or bad?  

Wish him well regardless. I'm guessing that guys that have had this happen will be hesitant to advertise it. Ladies, would you see a guy again if he went dark on you regardless who was on top?

I was even joking about this with my ATF a few weeks back and although she was a little shocked she asked me who should be informed and what to tell them if it happened... lol

He must have been in his late 70s. He was little old grand father married to a little old grandmother with grown kids and grandchildren.
