Originally Zin claimed that BHO nominated Gregg in order to gain a 60 vote, filibuster-proof majority for the Dems. Then it came out that a Republican would be appointed by the Dem Governor. Now Gregg backs out with great justification due to a purely political move on BHO’s part. BHO thought he was going to get the upper hand because as Zin pointed out, BHO is “no empty suit”.

I’m just asking who got the black eye here?
