No Tell Motels?

Folks - I need some help.  Later this Summer I will be moving to northern Virginia from Tampa.  Here in the Sunshine State it is easy to have a clandestine affair primarily due to the sheer numbers of relatively inexpensive hotels (except during peak holiday seasons, Buccaneer games, and Stanley Cup championship games..).

Seems to me that the DC Metro hotels are all severely over priced.  Kinda puts a damper on sneaking off for a date.

Suggestions?  Ideas?  Recommendations?

What is wrong with in-call?

Check your local yellow pages, most of the motels are not that bad...however I am not sure we should list the ones we recomend for the purpose of big brother writing them down....hate to give them a one up man know what I am saying.

Just check outside of the city, laurel,Montgomery County, .......Some even have websites...and of course there are low end like Knights Inn's, Red roof's, etc...Course getting someone to agree to come there will be interesting, but you will need to choose a provider not afraid of a some seedy fun.

I went and used a normally very reputable Maryland service.  They sent their providers to hotels (booked through Hotwire and Orbitz I was later to come to find).

One night, when I had some free time, I called this service to engage the companionship of a highly-regarded young lady.  They directed me to an area relatively near where I live (in Anne Arundel County - though the location was in Howard).

I was intrigued, as I wasn't aware of a quality hotel in the locale I was being directed towards... and sure enough, it wasn't.

Any of you ever been to the Maryland Wholesale Produce Market at 175 and 95/175 and Rte 1 near Laurel?  Ever seen the truckstop there, that you approach by going past two Maryland Correctional Institutions?

There is a seedy hotel in the midst of this truck stop, and that's where the appointment was.  I called the service to verify that this was indeed the locale, and they apologized profusely and claimed a computer glitch which had reserved this hotel in the place of somewhere much nicer (I gave them the benefit of the doubt).

It was a bit of an unnerving experience, but the companionship was still fun (more or less - but that's another issue entirely).

That being said, there's no air of suspicion in coming into a truck stop's motel and leaving soon thereafter.

hello there! and welcome to NVA..I have also moved here from your area recently! there a few tidbits I would love to share with you that some sisters have taught me about this area, however, I dont like to say anything negative online, but you will love the area, folks are genuinely overall friendly, but you are right! DC hotels insanely expensive, if you need a literal downtown Dc hotel there are about 5-6 on New York Ave for 50-60 with coupon for one day only, but it might not be ideal area convenient for you..but there are also Rockville.Gaithersburg hotels within 20 min drive from NVA for 59 or so that are really nice! I wish you welland If I can ever help let me know! Much success and safety to you! hugs Nicole..202 306 1936 or [email protected]:):)
