Everybody here has there "wants" and you should have no problem finding yours.
I do think that Mistress Erin Black is right in the fact you might have trouble finding a traditional Mistress who would be willing to do that.
Perhaps look on another popular site women post on to find someone who just has the right mix of what you are looking for.
