There is a scandal in the Baltimore area where a bbfs low end provider gave guys syphilis. She never got tested until it was too late. She went to stage 3. One of guys came back and beat her pretty bad for giving him syphilis. Many of the low end providers don't get tested. They are afraid to learn what they could have. Others don't want to pay the money to get tested. Also another thing the low end providers are know to tell guys "You look clean that is why is it ok to do bbfs". In Maryland we have a HPV epidemic. The gynecologists do cervical tissue removal with the big snipers like folks getting oil changes at jiffy lube. It is a big business. Providers charging a premium for BBFS, and still say its YMMV when they meet you, and providers charging below market.
As a hobbyist, I have always assumed that the ones advertising below the average market rate are admitting some kinds of issues that you are going to have to compromise on. Sometimes its age, sometimes appearance, sometimes they have herpes and you are taking the risk of infection if they have an unobserved outbreak. Having never seen one of the low-end creampie ladies, there may be many other concerns or areas of compromise that I haven't thought of. Where is ripmany when we need him?
At the other end, I have heard of Providers offering BBFS at astronomical rates which precludes us normal guys. Obviously, using an economic filter means she is of the belief that the guys that can pay a high rate are safer for her. I don't know that I necessarily agree with that assumption.

It is a wake up call.
I have to comment that a majority of my BBFS requests were from my agency days... when my rates were much lower, and my volume much higher.
As a independent, I barely get any BBFS requests.
You'd think it would be the opposite.
Not sure why a guy would be quicker to ask for BBFS when he knows (or can surmise) that one guy preceded him by a scant few minutes, and another is impatiently waiting in the hotel lobby.
These days, a guy books me for the entire evening, and might be my only date for the entire week... and yet there is not even a HINT of BBFS.

I find that a surprising comment. Can't you comprehend that there are outstanding providers at agencies. I've seen them offer services at the low, mid, high and elite rungs of the price ladder. Cheap hookers for 200 all the way up to $1500 for well know porn stars.
A local agency that just shut it's doors after 20 years always had an amazing selection of ladies to choose from. The ease to book and convenience factor to me would never outweigh the quality factor. Fantastic providers almost were always available. That includes 9/9 and a few 9/10 ladies. If I saw 50 ladies over the past 10 years, you might guess that I enjoyed myself. And you'd be correct.
And while I've primarily played in the independent arena the past 12 months, I wouldn't hesitate to see any of those agency gals that have resurfaced at new agencies or as indys. Just my experience

I had a good reviews when I worked for an agency, and I think I gave great service. I definitely had a lot of regulars. However, I feel like I'm a much better and happier provider now. Back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back (and so on) doesn't really lend itself to the type of experience I want to provide for my clients

When comparing rates, don't forget that some apparently low rates are for maybe 15 minutes.

Such as cl and bp ? The low end guys don't have that much money these days after you factor in rent, health insurance, car insurance, child support, etc there is not much money to go around for most of the guys who see those providers.
I was shocked 10 years ago when I heard a fireman paying $300/hour for an escort. His salary was only $40,000 a year. Things have changed today that fireman if he plays at all would probably being seeing cl and bp providers.
Many bbfs providers does last that long. They usually come down with an std and have to retire. Even happens with the bbbj providers. In Howard county, Maryland there was a herpes scare in 2007/2008 with bbbj providers. Some of the providers who were rumored to have herpes retired. Some were taking medication for herpes. A few of them were doing bbfs.

It take about and exter 40 minutes a provider that you paying for several hours may not care but many ss provider want to be paid for it. And charge for 4 ss visits and the test for both of you not cheap.
