That is most likely the best advice I have heard so far

If they did it to him, I guarantee you they have done it to others. It's just like all those women that Bill Cosby fucked, once one of you step forward the rest will follow.

Fellow hobbyists and providers:
I am posting this under an alias so as not to further damage my reputation in this hobby, which until recently was unblemished. I want others to know what has recently happened to me in order to warn others how to avoid what happened to me.
I was recently BLACKLISTED for a totally unfair reason!!

Here is a synopsis of what happened:
In my more than 5 years as an active hobbyist I have always behaved as a gentleman and treated the ladies with respect and even admiration. I have never tried to push someone to do anything she was not willing to do. I have never stiffed anyone of a donation or tried to bargain her down.

Recently I booked a session through a fairly well-know agency that I have used several times in the past with good experiences. The provider was new, but had one review which was quite positive, so I went ahead.
The session started out on a sour note, she wasn't ready at the appointed time, and kept me waiting for about 25 minutes until she was ready. She was friendly enough, but didn't allow 2 of my major high-points- BBBJ and DATY, even though her profile said these were on the menu. When the clock got to the top of the hour, she suddenly announced that it was time for me to go because she had to get ready for her next client, even though we were short of the 60 minute mark.

I was planning to just chalk up this session to a poor choice and no connection, when the agency texted me to ask for my feedback. I have done this for other agencies and view it as a sort of quality-control measure that they use for their new ladies. I texted them back with a totally honest report, and detailed my disappointments with the session. At first they were apologetic, and offered me extra time with my next booking.
Then they must have discussed it with the lady in question, because a short time later I received another message stating I was inappropriate and diseased, and she was afraid she would catch something from me. I protested that this was all untrue.

The next day I noticed that several other agencies that I had not recently been in contact with had viewed my 411 profile. I thought that someone may have been trying to book with them using a stolen identity, so I sent them  a message of caution. One of the agencies was kind enough to reply that they pulled up my profile because I had been placed on a blacklist.

I recontacted the offending agency, and their story just kept changing. First they said that one of their other ladies I had seen earlier also complained about me. Then they said that THEY didn't put me on the blacklist, that I was already on the list. If these things were true, then why did they book me with their new provider? I have tried to reason with them, but they refuse to remove me from the list. Since then, I have been shunned by other agencies and even independents that I have seen in the past for an excellent experience.

The provider in question was removed from their website shortly after this discussion began (they told me she left due to stress) so I am unable to post a review of her under TER rules.

I just want to warn other hobbyists that providers and agencies can be very vindictive when they receive negative (but completely honest) feedback. Be warned!!

I would also like to hear if others have had a similar experience.
Thanks

This pretty much proves-with the presumption that the OP's side of the events is correct-that it is best to suck it up and keep on keepin' on !

This is a hobby-one that puts one in close proximity to some terrific folks and some not so terrific.

I would suggest that unless someone pulls a gun or knife on you and actually inflicts harm that you be thankful that you got away unscathed, think of what you would do differently in the future, and let it go !!!

Now-Carry On and "Have a Nice Day" !!

GaGambler674 reads

What do you suggest he should have done differently?

Basically you are saying that TER should just shut it's (online) doors and close up shop, because without guys willing to relate truthful accounts about their experiences this site becomes nothing but yet another ad site for hookers.

I suppose if you got robbed, you would also suck it up and thank the robber for not killing you as well?

I always enjoy interesting controversy!!!! CAN YOU SPELL "FISH HOOK"   ??   !!

Looks like the first bite was the old gambler !!!!

Now go on and have that nice day I mentioned !!!

See Ya' !

What exactly would you have the OP do? Not to mention what would you have had him do differently in hindsight?

You claim to like "controversy" How about adding something to the conversation besides running away as fast as you can from your original words on the subject?

ATLDAWG498 reads

I have nothing at all to add!  You, as usual, do an outstanding job !!!

You are my HERO !!!

Now go have that nice day Ol' Buddy !!!!

yet the agency refuses to make it right with you.  It SUCKS!  A bad review would not only reflect of her but also on the agency...  removing her ad & BL you is a tactic to avoid the consequences of their bad decision to employ her.  Surely others who saw her also had issues.  They can't all be "inappropriate & diseased."  The common denominator was her.

I hate bull sh*ters...  because they fool no one...  So much better to admit a problem & make it right.

Providing looks like 'easy' or 'I can do that' to some but certainly is not for everyone.  If she discovered it's not for her, fine.  But the agency knows all this now & is still refusing to right a wrong.

Sorry this happened to you.

The bad behavior cuts both ways.  In the end it's impossible to stop unfair blacklisting.  There are ways to deal with this and you should talk to friends and other members to figure this out.

...and just goes to show that our reputations in this hobby are often at the mercy of shady idiots. This agency sounds like it's run by chimps. Hopefully that last provider is gone and out of the business.

I'm sorry to hear that you went thru something like this. All it takes is one unfounded accusation to forever taint years of being a great customer. Very unfair.

With more than 5 years in the hobby. A good provider will see thru the bull shit. I would talk to the women in this world you are closest to and tell them you need a good reference. 4 or 5 good references is more valuable than one agency black listing you. Assuming you are an active hobbyist I wouldn't even worry about it because you probably seen enough people for your followers to back you up. This world is all about connections.

Those are my thoughts

You're blacklisted, so fuck it, there's not a whole lot you can do. So you now name the agency, go scorched earth on them. Call them out on your local board. Make waves, fuck them. You're dead man walking anyways....You can try to get your name off that list through the agency but that's tough...so you might as well go down swinging....

So there you go.......misinterpreting the advice to "Suck It Up and Move on")

'Cause if a fella' isn't willing to name names-call it out.....they have little choice but to suck it up and move on....

ATLDAWG582 reads

Yep !  That is a recurrent issue-folks want to vent-but they are always reluctant to name names !

Without knowing what agency-what gal-when it happened-who done it ( ie...Who, What, When, Were, How, and Why)

Tell us who the agency is so we can take caution.  Without that information it is basically a waste of space.

Shit happens!  Be helpful to the rest so it might not happen to others.

Naming the agency is what makes this an actual warning, rather than an attempted scare. It also legitimizes your story in showing you are not afraid of letting the other side give their story. Until then, you are just a random person who seems to want hobbyists to be extra wary of providers and agencies (or perhaps wants escorts to pay less mind to blacklists for some reason). For all we know, you could be a delisted provider, angry wife, vindictive hobbyist, etc.

I think you've done all that you can here (except maybe posting this on your regional board). The onus is on the agency to explain themselves or make things right with you, IMO. I can't speak for other providers, but I would definitely take the blacklisting with a grain of salt, given all the info.

The warning is appreciated. I'm hoping the agency tells their story.:-)

I saw a TON of clients I later found out were blacklisted to the hilt. Like, NO respectable independent would see them.

One of them (for NY'ers - S_xa__garian) even got a kickback! That's not even the worst of it, it just happens to be someone I can mention here.

Agencies might've booked you if you'd already been blacklisted, because they're really just more concerned w/volume. Agency business is generally about quantity, not quality. (Yes, I am aware that there are some exceptions.)

I saw some men who other girls told me they'd refused to see again. I never even got a warning from the phone girl. Just, "You have Robert, a client, at 3PM for 1 hour."

We only have YOUR word that you're an impeccable client.

It sounds like the girl you saw was less than professional. But I feel like there's a little bit more to the story on the agency's side, that's all. I guess now we'll all hear it...

Is the agency not active? I see the girl disappeared but why can't you write a review about the agency since that whom you went through to see this Girl.   I'm Perplexed!!!

To get a review accepted TER requires an internet presence...  an ad (or her profile on an agency site).  Her profile has been removed & I suppose her ads taken down.  So the review will not be accepted.
I never heard of reviewing agencies although one can make a post on a forum.   Ifthere is a way, perhaps someone will post a link.

I've heard tales while touring the US, from clients and girls about this whole blacklisting thing. In my mind, having been in the industry for a few years and being a strong woman, blacklisting should be kept for clients who, rob you, cheat you of your donation by putting paper in the envelope, or physically and mentally hurt you badly. If someone is a little late, or cancels with short notice, or tries to haggle on arrival, or is a bit smelly or slightly rough it would never occur to me to blacklist them! But I've heard of girls doing this for minor infringements like these and it's ridiculous.
This is an unregulated, risky job. You can protect yourself with screening but time will come when you have to deal with some shit, lateness, cancellation, rudeness, bad hygiene, haggling, turning up stoned,  blah blah - all in a day's work over the course of a providers life. I think younger girls are getting carried away with the idea that they're princesses who need to be treated like sugar babies, bought designer gifts, taken shopping, wined and dined and treated like a celebrity by every client.
And of course I've had those experiences too but jeez the bottom line is I'm a ho working in an illegal and often shady industry so some shot is going to come my way.
Blacklisting should be saved for serious stuff.
