So yesterday, i had to drive over to a part of LA i have never been or heard of. A part of the city called Fox hills which is near or around the West Side of LA.

Nice neighborhood, with beautiful homes, clean streets and expensive cars. Nothing out of the ordinary for an LA west side neighborhood except for one thing. These where Blacks all driving the expensive cars and living in this beautiful homes! These were Blacks living in clean streets and safe neighborhoods.

I was in shock to say the least! Had i stumbled into a area with an evolved population of Blacks? I could not hear rap music and didn't see graffitti on the walls.

It was really strange to see and somewhat of a cultural shock for me. It is possible for them to be civil and progressive.

What next maybe i'll find a neighborhood where the Mexican's are clean and civil as well. I'm not holding my breath on that one though.

Funny you should think that way, well just goes to show you can't believe everything you hear LOL. Try going to cities like Atlanta and Houston, we really live well out there. Perfect example in California everyone has a family member or knows someone on drugs or in prison regardless of RACE. I went and stayed 3 mos in Atlanta everyone(Black)I met was either in college, or college educated and didn't know anyone one in gangs,prison or on drugs. I was shocked and ashamed, I quickly came to the realization that culture and family structure was the reason for this. I think we could use a little bit more of that in California for ALL races.
