I was actually wondering the same thing! And every time someone talks about that movie that question comes back. Also, I've seen many people discussing that online but I have never read it to the point someone actually explained that.

I may have been in this hobby for a few, but I'm not into really, really kinky stuff, sooooooooo, those of you who saw this movie, can you please explain to me WTF was he doing with that gorgeous nekked lady with her lady parts up high with her on her knees, and he had something in a bottle and a straw? and he dipped the straw? into the bottle and then he stuck it into one of the two ports of call that we all love to dock our friends(Johnsons, Tommy Tongues, Hand d guys) into every chance we get??? Where it's the anal ingestion of a drug.  Guess after so many hits you start looking for new ways?  Based on the character's comments a few minutes later about his litany of drugs, it was likely cocaine he was blowing into her butt.

My favorite line from the movie is at about the hour mark when he's having sex with Naomi and says: "As you can probably guess, I fucked her goddamn brains out...for 11 seconds."

Sooooooo, he was giving HER a high by blowing drug of choice into that obviously gorgeous ass---come on now, with that pretty thang waving in my face, it would be like waving a red flag in front of a starving bull;P~~~
Don't need no drugs to get high, just some sugar and spice and every thing nice to get my mind racing, and that alone takes me to my private place every time.:))

Well it is a Martin Scorsese film. You always have to pay close attention to what's going on seeing that the man is a perfectionist and all.
