Overall sounds like a scam. Instead of getting tricked maybe you should get some writing assistance. Spend your money on a tutor. I promise it would help in the long run with better providers.

  It's relatively easy for a  scholar to fool the masses, not something they usually do unless they are  selling Ponzi schemes, running for Political office or an old reborn troll, possibly  someone  having cheap harmless fun.  
 Rip is not consistent with his words and spelling.  
   
   Regardless, I find it amusing so many TER Guy and Gals  consistently tune in and lecture Rip on his malarkey.  
 Then again, many TER guys believe their favorite hooker is waiting for his call so she can have  
  an O in five minutes and  three more  in the hour.

  I do find it odd TER approved his reviews.  
  On the other side of the coin, in TER's defense, it could be a simple issue of compounded language barrier, translating  English gibberish to Dutch .
     
       
Anyone not capable of understanding his twisted words must be a new car dealers dream client.

So this is how I'm interpreting your post, you see ads that state only call when you are on your way (which I've never heard of) and you rather call beforehand to confirm the price, location of Incall and to make sure a pimp doesn't answer the phone?

Close code breaking job.  
     The ads rip was speaking of request you don't call until you're ready to leave.  
  In other words don't call today to chat her up asking if she's available tomorrow or next Tuesday.  
  When she posts the ad she's usually close to sober, she will likely  be on a binge by morning.
