I have no idea what percent of mongers and providers are full VIP, but I'd be interested to know that too.of TER users actually can see scores whether through paid VIP or temporary access from reviews or what have you?
I've been coming across more people than usual asking me questions that are on my profile...I'm not used to that as the majority of people I see are lurkers, but have access and chose me because of many factors, but reviews being the clincher.
Obviously there are varying levels of participation in meeting people as well as contributing to these boards, but do most people have VIP? Or get access when they are looking for a date? Or do most people just read the general details and if they sound good, book?
I always assume that a majority got VIP, but then I think back on all the times I saw a BP ad that said well-reviewed or highly rated and they had terrible reviews. So maybe they realize that some people just take their word and their presence here as a green light?
Just curious as to how many people are using their resources fully.

I thoroughly research anyone I see to the best of my ability for my safety and discretion. I am a recent VIP here, but I am certain many of the reviews are BS. Some spot on. You just have to wade through the trash. I use other sources too like local forums that review girls. I was able to find my atf who I see weekly now. She was better than the reviews which is saying something.
... and will occasionally check out scores and reviews but not too often. I find the general info review area to be useful (which is available to everyone) but the xxx stuff is usually unrelatable to me so I rarely read it.
I don't bother much with looking at providers profiles since I don't trust that they are correct much of the time. I will check out a provider's personal website to find out clientele preferences and other info pertinent to my needs.
I wish that TER offered a reduced rate for PM access only for those of us hobbyists that don't need or want anything else.
I would think that WITHOUT access to the information, non-VIPs would use this site less as a research tool and more for finding out who's out there. I know, that's a kind of research, but...you know what I mean.
As for the people who contact you with questions, if a non-TER member goes to a website or ad and is considering the provider, maybe the next step is to click on the Review link that directs him to TER and so he gets just enough general information to email you or call to ask the rest.
Also, there's a bit of a thrill that comes with communicating with a beautiful provider, and it can get into weird thrill areas if it then goes into the, "Tell me again what we'll do together."
I do most of my screening through people I know in the hobby. I have learned that TER reviews are deeply flawed. They lack important information on discretion. There are tons of fakes reviews. A provider friend got five reviews when I know for a fact she was taking a long break do to legal issues and mental burn out. Some providers manipulate there reviews. Don't get me started on how utterly useless the numbers are. In short I have a network of fellow hobbyist and providers I trust more than reviews.
Reviews aren't uselesss and they are the best source for new players and those that lack contact with trustworthy hobby associates to backchannel with. If I am interested in a lady my associates lack info on I do get VIP for a month here and there. TER has its uses but just isn't worth maintaining VIP unless I am actively looking for a new provider or someone caught my eye and my hobby acquaintances don't have the information I seek.
At this time I am semi retired from the hobby.
is an essential, but relatively inexpensive, part of the hobby experience. Can't imagine being without it. If the guy doesn't have VIP and can't see your entire profile, then you should be cautious and get the donation taken care of up front. He may be on a shoestring budget. Many girls that have gotten stiffed (the bad way) have been from non-VIP members with no reviews. At least that's what they have told me.
I paid for VIP in the past when I was first starting out and then I've had a couple of times when I got it for free from reviews but I've come to the conclusion I don't really need it. The number of reviews and the public part, plus my own intuition tells me all I really need to know. All the "juicy details" start sounding the same after a while any way and I get bored reading them.
As for what questions you are being asked, I learned early on you don't ask questions about services provided and I never do that. In addition, it just seems very uncool to me to ask such questions any way.

Having VIP I never thought of that. If they didn't have VIP, how would they know different?
For fun sometimes I've read the reviews in the rip-off section. I recall one case where there were like nine reviews in a row saying she was a total rip-off. I can see there being 1, 2, or even 3 guys giving it a shot. But after a while, what did the next guys expect????
