That being said, if it WAS foolproof, as a fella with a vasectomy I wouldn't be worried about pregnancy. I checked 3 times in the past 10 years, no sperm. However, it would be up to the ladies, as always.

They have home std tests already. Takes 10-30 minutes (roughly the time to have a drink and talk during a GFE session). I don't know many providers, myself included, who would want to have BBFS with a client...
No matter how alluring bbfs might be to some hobbyist and even some providers, just because there would be tests to know if everyone is clean instantly it doesn't mean that we would be chomping at the bit to do it

BBFS and CIP is great in a monogamous relationship. Not so while hobbying. There is no way I could be other than the 1st client of the day if BBFS became the norm. Especially since one of my "things" is DATY. The thought of finding traces of some other dude is about as big a turn off as any.
Yes I know quality providers clean up in between clients. But TBH I don't think I would be comfortable with anything less than a full shower and a complete flush out.
