leave a small "tip" ? I know that  a lot of (if not most) guys choose to stay anyway. That's why the scheme continues to work. But I always leave. Still, because I realize that many providers might not even know what their agency or manager put in their ad and also to keep the drama down,  I usually leave like $20/30. Is that the proper etiquette or there isn't one?

I'd walk immediately and no I wouldn't leave a tip!!
Also if I got to a room and the girl looked nothing like the photo in her advert I would walk. I feel bad for guys that would feel any pressure to stay. It's such a rip off.

Why would you reward a person who tried to scam you??

never been baited and switched, except to the extent that it turned out the girl's pictures were 10 years old or so.

still i stayed in that instance.  it was early in my hobby career, and she wasn't bad looking, she wasn't great looking, and the session was one of my least favorites, but i still don't feel i was "ripped off" particularly.  (although one truly bizarre touch was she had her sick parrot on the dresser in the corner, and every so often it would shift position, making a small sound that was off-putting).

now i do better research, find better girls, and have better times.

in answer to the op's question, i would walk, and no tip.

your cock is bigger than the last guy. Just pound away cause she likes it."

the little guy was way too sick to hardly even move.  i am sure it was dying, which didn't help the session any!

and I feel even less pressure to leave so much as one thin dime.

Rewarding bad behavior does nothing but encourage more of the same, not to mention some "good hooker" like Claire could be actually earning the money these ROB's are stealing. I often wonder why more women like you don't take a stand against these crooks as you good, honest providers are just as big a loser from dishonesty in this industry as any of us guys. We only have to deal with it occasionally, you girls have to deal with the backlash every day.

I worked for multiple agencies over the years, and way back when they were operating from ads in the phone book & back pages of local publications, all a client often had to go by were verbal descriptions.

Occasionally, an agency would send me to a client who had requested a very different type, and they didn't always tell me about it.  I'd just get faced with a disappointed or angry individual.  If they didn't want to keep me they did NOT give me any $ for my trouble.  But usually the guy was just happy/relieved someone finally showed up, as they were often kept waiting for hours, and that I wasn't scary.  ;-)

I can recall a few times where the guy called to complain, and got the agency to lower the price, which might be an option for you if the lady with whom you're faced is do-able, even though she wasn't who you were expecting. ;-)

Oh, I'm remembering some of the funnier instances, with an agency that did usually tell me when I was being substituted for someone else...... this guy wanted a girl of petite to average height but no one else was available: I was told to wear flats and slouch! LOL.  This might have worked with some men, but this guy was only 5'4" himself so yeah, he could tell.
We both laughed about it and I saw him several times after that. ;-P

We had a Russian lady whose description was similar to mine, but she spoke very little English.  After an earlier date, she decided she was done for the evening so I was sent in her stead and told to pretend not to speak or understand any English. And oh, the weird shit this guy said because he thought I didn't understand him!  LOL.

There was a sister pair with the agency for awhile, who were available as a duo.
One of them, however, had a habit  -ahem-  which frequently caused her to disappear as soon as she got some cash.
So once when this happened at the last minute, rather than cancelling on an agency-regular, they sent me with her sister; except that lady forgot we were supposed to be pretending to be sisters (face-palm!) about halfway through and... well.... the guy was happy anyway.  We were more interactive with each other than she would have been with her real sister.  ;-

I used to work for quite a few of them many years ago same basic scenario as what you described. Some of the agencies were not using internet to advertise so the guy just got a verbal description and was so happy someone finally showed up after waiting.Reading your response took me back to my very early agency days way before reviews even before I knew what the hell TER was.lol

By definition, intention and quality are key components of a bait and switch; the seller intends to provide a lesser product than advertised. If truly you feel that is the case, I don't believe a tip should be given at all. Walk away.

That said, if the provider is not your cup of tea in person through no fault of her own, a tip would be considerate. There are a few things that don't always turn up in honest pics, such as freckles or a little gap in the front teeth, that can be seen as either a plus or minus to hobbyists. It's hard to cover those bases in advertising because they are not always thought of as 'lesser quality' or deal-breakers.

I would run I would look before going to my car I think be best park a few feet away. Last thing I want is being shot for crack money.  I seen lot of good day photos for these women bit she need the money so keep on working. Just like in fast food if you flip the meet sick and pucking or well you keep on flipping and as far the customer some will get sick be gross out if see you puck but the flipper get paid.

What's the point of doing that knowing you're going to either get a bad review, walkouts, a bad reputation...   Who does this? Crackheads?

To answer the OPs question: walk the F out & don't look back.. Absolutely NO TIP!!

usually it's agencies that rely heavily on out of town clients, those who don't bother to review and just say forget it. same as the ones who up charge and leave early.

She ain't gonna be happy - and $20 ain't gonna make her feel better.  So what's the point?

As Yoda said - do or do not....

Does anyone every really look like their boudoir pictures?  Unless they turned out to be drop dead ugly, my impulse would be to stay -- although other than not really looking like their boudoir pictures (common) this really hasn't happened to me yet.

business strategy that defies logic.  Security for providers comes by cultivating long-term regulars, which is impossible to do with B&S.  Who's ever going to repeat even once?  Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!

Not to say all has been perfect...have experienced last minute cancels, and NCNS a few times, but never B&S.  Then again. most of the new ladies I've seen over the past decade I had already met at M&G's, or had exchanged PM's with as a result of board banter and discussion.  Plus, I see indies only.

As for tipping, I do so by picking up any bar or restaurant tabs that may be incurred, or even being their taxi driver to the airport if they are leaving town.

I was in Ohio on business staying at a nice hotel outside of Cleveland. Couldn't find anyone local on TER, I believe there was only an Ohio option at the time and no one available that evening.

So I grabbed the Yellow Pages, found an Escort Service and selected a provider by the description given on the phone.

The babe shows up and when I open the door of my room she's
standing there with a guy about 6'5 and 350 lbs. In the hall on the 3rd floor of the hotel asking for my ID.  To get him moving, I showed him my DL. She entered. She was as described, hot.

She was hottt but zero action. Now the upsell I agree to give her $50 more and she takes off her top and bra and she eventually agrees to break her "rules" and lets me grab and suck her tits while I jack off. I agreed because I didn't need to see her goon again.

A tip ... I dont think so. Yellow pages. I don't think so.  Fool me once

Thank god for TER

we called her the master baiter and switcher.

yes, it was a stretch, but don't worry i warmed up beforehand.

Worked for an agency out in LA, she was brand new with them and they pulled the bait and switch with her. I don't know why either, she's a tiny little petite lady, gorgeous face, they advertised her as a very busty girl 10 years younger. She had no idea until like the 10th guy walked but before he did she asked why.

He had no clue it was an agency, she had no clue they weren't using her photos. He showed her the ad, she was livid. She was out car fare money, hotel money and felt like complete shit about herself at the end of the day because no one stayed until she realized it was because the guys coming to see her thought she would have huge breast and 18 and she was a small B cup. Bait and switch agencies don't only screw the clients but really screw the girls even harder and they don't give a shit.
