Suppose to healthier for you.  

When sleeping with a lady, nothing at all.  When alone, most often, fully clothed.  Stub your toes enough times in the morning, you'll learn one of the true reasons for footwear.

If the weather is warm but not warm enough for the AC to be on I will sleep nude, likewise in the winter when the heat in my BR is blasting hot. (The wife likes it warm in the winter.)
If the AC is on or the room is a little chilly I will wear a tee shirt and if I am gassy due to some food I have eaten I prefer to wear my boxers on my bottom so I am not wallowing in my own emissions all over my clean bed.

I live alone, and am free to spend the entire day in my house so I often get out of the shower in the morning and just stay nude until I need to go out and do something. But when I sleep I usually like to put on scrubs or actual pajamas. I sort of like having special bed clothes for lounging around at night and sleeping in.

But there's something uncomfortable and seemingly unsanitary about sleeping in underwear. So pajamas or scrubs that as sort of designate as another option for night ware.

Naked especially since it is so hot out here...

I sleep naked most of the time even though the a/c is on.Every now and then I wear panties to bed.
When it gets cool out here I usually wear boy shorts and a tank top I rarely wear pajamas can't remember the last time I did.

I am happy being naked all day long, but for some reason, I don't sleep well naked. I like a long night shirt, made out of some sort of very soft material. I also need a cover to sleep well, just a sheet won't work....it's weird, but works for me.

My PJ collection is almost as large as my daytime wardrobe!

I always wear panties but what I wear over that depends upon my mood.  Plus, I've gone through various nightwear phases so I have an extensive "boudoir wardrobe" at this point lol.  

Right now I am going through a caftan phase which means anything from vintage Mrs. Roper-style polyester numbers to modern sheer styles, which celebrities are currently wearing on the red carpet.

But I also sometimes wear comfy sets to bed! My favorite top & bottom options include super-soft lounge pants with thin sports-related tees and a pajama set from Singapore Airlines which they give to first-class passengers.

Tucked away in a spare bedroom closet are black-and-white-movie-star-worthy matching nightgown & robe sets in luxurious satin & lace; some from the 1930s and '40s.   Oh how I adore these impractical garments..... so over-the-top luxurious and feminine!

Yes, it’s been happening of late, usually after a beer or two, or a glass of wine or two, I fall asleep in a chair. Then I wake up and realize: Damn! I fell asleep at the keyboard, but the screen is drawing a blank.

I haven't owned pj's for several decades.  However I do wear clean undies and t-shirts.  That way I don't have to wash the sheets as often.

OK, I'll confess.  I just wear my boxer briefs to bed.  PJ's are too hot, and both women's panties and attempting to sleep in the nude make me horny, and being horny keeps me awake.  But just for you, Sasha, I'm extending special permission for you to remove my underwear so we can spoon...no guarantee of a good night's rest, though.

It looks the same, but is a lot more fun.

Sometimes naked. Why bother getting dressed after great sex?

I sleep naked if I want sex. If I don't want to be bother I sleep with my underwear on. Sometimes that does not help because the wife will put her hand on my balls and arose me to have sex with her.

I hate when sharing a hotel room with friends on a trip or staying with family and I have to sleep with clothes on.

Personally I sleep in boxer briefs and a t-shirt.
