High advertising provider.  
   
 I was reading a board post by a provider that claim that she was a low volume provider. But she advertises on P411, and here on Ter a lot, plus with her board post. This got me thinking on why would she be looking for new clients all the time if she was a low volume provider?  
   
 Now if you know who I was talking about and read some of her post on this broad, I can see why she would need to get new clients all of the time. Her attitude on the boards is not a good one; most of her post does not show her in a good light. I would bet that once a guy get to know her that he moves on to the next girl.  
   
 I am not trying to badmouth her in anyway. That is why I will not share her name here. I have see it with a few provider that claim that they are a low volume provider but advertises more then what one would think. For somebody that is suppose to be low volume. I truly don’t care if they are or not it is none of my business on how they run their business. If they has to many rules that make it hard for a guy to see them and that is why they are also low volume more power to them. It is there life and they will live, as they wants to.  
   
 I know of couple provider that doesn’t advertise anywhere I can find. Does that make then low volume? I am not sure or maybe that they don’t need to anymore because they have a list of repeat customer that she see on a regular basis. Just because she is an awesome person and everybody enjoys being with her. Who truly knows but the person that claims they are.  
   
 Question for you is this what do you think about it or your opinions on this?

It's called brand exposure. Also, just because a provider is "low volume" doesn't mean her core clients are at her beckon call. If you think about it, a "LV" provider may actually turn away far more prospective new clients because of her limited availability. Some guys don't call back once "rejected", therefore the need for continual exposure.

Firstly I guess everyone has a different idea about what it means to be low volume. Does that mean one a week? One a day? One a month? Who knows?  
Secondly as a lady who makes most of her work income touring I personally have to advertise fairly widely, if only to let guys in towns I've been to before know when I'm back because I'm not techno savvy enough to send out group emails :/
Also I love to visit new places so have to advertise there to get new clients.
Remember it's possible that even with all your adverts in different places you still may only get a couple bookings there if your timing is wrong.  
Girls who live in one spot I think are just keeping their names out there when they advertise. You may have enough business for the current period but that's not to say you don't want new clients and what if the best client ever never finds you because you're not out there a bit?
It's just marketing and like you said if you don't like the provider or her tone or attitude there's no need to book when there are lots of lovely ladies out here!! :))

I could care less about your volume until it approaches gross tonnage ... and I do mean GROSS.  

I also welcome PMs from ladies who possess style and class and are hottt as hell. What's the harm? I think guys that complain about that are insecure beyond my imagination, which most know is very vivid.

attrition.  Even if she is low-volume, sometimes clients turn-over, and she would have an opening for a new regular to take his/her place.  High volume advertising does not necessarily mean a high volume provider.  She may be selective and is looking for a specific kind of client, and is figuratively "turning over rocks" in several different locations until she finds the right kind of guy.

In my dealings with various providers through the past few years, I find little to no correlation between frequency of ads and volume of clients.
And I don't really care if a lady chooses to refer to herself as low volume or not. That's her business. I am more interested in what her reviews say, and how she communicates with me.

You just don't like this provider. Did she call you out on something?  

For me personally, advertising on many platforms means an abundance of clients calling/emailing, meaning I can be super selective about who I see instead of taking on the first person to contact me. Hence, high-advertising AND low volume
