I've met at least a half dozen providers, and several civvy women, who radiated intense sexual energy. On TER's appearance scale they ranged from 6 to 10. It's no coincidence that all my fav providers including my ATF have this whatever-you-call-it characteristic.
I first noticed it outside the hobby. Namely, Latin dance clubs, where civvies tend to be exponentially more friendly than in mainstream clubs with rap/techno/top-40 music. Etiquette there discourages turning people down if approached to dance. All dancing is usually strictly appropriate. You're allowed to stop the interaction after one song or even sooner, if you feel uncomfortable with your new dance partner.
I'm at an age where merely dancing with a civvie doesn't give me a hard-on, no matter how hot she is. Unless, of course, she has that sexual energy. Then all bets are off! And my main goal becomes to avoid "poking" her, rather than executing the moves correctly. I remember one time, where the woman I danced with barely scraped by a 7 looks-wise, but damn it, her sexual energy was like a nuclear power plant! I think I accidentally "poked" her once or twice, which she was probably nice enough to just ignore.

I would call it good marketing on her part. There is nothing intangible that radiates or floats through the air that I want to catch from a provider.
It's not "overt flirting and suggestiveness". Those are tangible actions. I'm referring to an intangible vibe you pick up when talking to a woman, be she provider or civvie. I suppose a lot of it is about body language or facial expressions, or maybe even pheromones---which are a science onto itself---that we humans pick up on subconsciously.
What's interesting is that there's little correlation between"sexual energy and attractiveness. A woman whose looks are a 7 or even a 6, can have a stronger sexual energy than whose looks are a 9.
That first one in NYC... saw four of the ladies there subsequently, excluding my ATF, who got me the invite. Several years later, my third M&G in Vegas...ATF was there, and another I had a good relationship with. There were two other ladies I made acquaintances with that night that I saw months later when they were in NYC...led to many more fun evenings, and not just in NYC. Other M&G's there in NYC and Vegas, Florida, Foxwoods, LA, Chicago, DC...similar results.
It's always about chemistry and connection, as well as beauty. Play it right, who knows where it leads? In my case, usually to good places...

Providers really miss it by not going to M&G . M & G were good for 5 intros to beautiful women. Some ladies at the M&G don't get out and mix but sit tucked away at a table. The men never find out who they are. I remember 2 that where just wow and dressed to kill. Every man in the place had their eyes on them. When the lady walked in the place in that white dress every man in the place looked. It was electrifying. Not going to leave without finding out who those women were.
There's a BIG difference between merely exhibiting yourself and actively meeting and greeting. I've seen providers come to M&G's dressed in short shorts and a blouse with the world's deepest cleavage, but they're just sitting on the couch, waiting to be hit on civvie-style. One even had the audacity to tell me she's there only to look for business, when I started making a social conversation with her.
Conversely, I've seen providers walk around the room, flirt aggressively with current and potential guests, join a nervous guy (which used to be me) for a drink and talk to him until he relaxes, use heavy kino/touching, make playful dirty jokes, etc. A few even allowed limited appointment-type activities, when the energy was right; for example, LFK. (This is very effective on me, since DFK is practically a fetish of mine.) This type of providers could be fully covered up from the neck down, and still attract more hobbyists than the first type.
Take a wild guess which one I'll be more intrigued by and more readily schedule with.
