Has anyone else experienced heavy censorship from TER moderators lately? For me, it has only come in the evenings, so I think there one particular moderator that has decided they don't like the things I say. I had another one last night where I called out a poster as a coward who was using an alias to attack another well-respected member, and they refused to let it through. I have said much more incindiary stuff in the daytime without any censorship at all. A few weeks ago, I reported it and got a message back from a different moderator that he agreed with me that it did not break the rules, but didn't want to step on the toes of a fellow moderator (the evening guy/gal) who decided to disallow it. Its making think I'm wasting my time trying to post stuff during the evenings when it appears I'm being targeted for censorship.
However you are correct in that different moderators react differently. I don't know about different times of day though. Also a lot has to do with someone hitting the RAP button, so it could be just different members affecting your posts.
It seems to happen more at night, too. But, then again, I'm generally drunk at night so.............
Bottom line: don't let it get you down. Just keep posting anyway and see what happens. I've found eventually they go through if you keep editing them.

And here's what sucks worse: I've had a post go up, even edited, and then someone complains about it and I get put on a time-out for a week or so. When I point out "But you guys approved it!" they basically say, 'tough luck."
Make positive posts and I'm sure they'll get approved . Life is beautiful. Be more positive. ☺️
I have written much more incendiary posts in the daytime and nobody censors them. Its only in the evening after about 8:00p PDT that there seems to be a low tolerance for anything the least bit angry. I think it is probably just one moderator that doesn't like me style.

Too much scolding goes on around here. Maybe it shouldn't be censored, but on the other hand it really does make this place unfriendly.
Why do people scold? I think it is a form of virtue signaling to other members of the clique. Almost like they are reliving their high school years
In my case, it's not timing, though. I have on a few occasions jumped all over a couple of people who regularly get jumped on when they post their bullshit on the board. And here's what really irritates me: my snarky posts are no worse than something you'd hear from GaG, JD, or JFStateFarm. You've all missed some real gems from me because of the weird and biased censorship around here.
Also, I think the real explanation is that different mods see things differently. So the rules on not enforced consistently.
When I've complained about a post being denied, several times the reply is, "I agree with you but I can't go against another mod."
