Has anyone else been having trouble getting through to TER support? I recently submitted a review that was approved and posted by them but I did not receive the customary 15 day VIP access. I typically buy VIP access periodically if it has been a while since I submitted a review but otherwise I use the temporary access. I have contacted them no less than 5 times and I have not received even a courtesy message saying they were looking into the problem. Absolute crickets. So is anyone else having the same issues? Usually they are pretty much on top of everything so this has been frustrating.

If you sent us a message via contact us did you check 'my feedbacks' under the My TER tab?  Or, maybe, see the my feedback 'blinking'?  

Have you reviewed the provider previously?

...And before I get any grief for doing this in public, I would have sent this in a PM but evidently you don't check your TER mail.

with a provider and it rebooted into round 2.  It works.

And believe me it wasn't always about happy things. I have yet to have them ignore me even when I am sure they wanted to. So no, TER has always responded to me. Though a few times it took a few days. And judging from their reply they responded to you too.
