What can a lady wear out in public that turns you on?
Earlier this evening I saw a sexually attractive female(brunette, plump ass, healthy thighs) she was wearing a tight pair of white jeans/pants. Nedless to say, I can not stop thinking about herThe maitre d' was a tall slim lady with very form fitting grey slacks that outlined her beautiful behind and her long beautiful legs. She has a very handsome face, a long neck and long arms. She was in full view all during the meal. It was very distracting.
Or maybe not. Tight gray or black pants or a little black dress seems to be the required uniform in upscale restaurants these days. Not that I'm complaining.
To women with short hair and/or pantyhose. Short hair tells me she's not afraid of being different, but the pantyhose can't logically be explained. It's visceral.
Whatever works for you in or during a particular time and space...it's cool.
It's a classic.
confident in how she struts her stuff, it really doesn't matter what she has on. She could be sexy as hell in sweats, if she wears them right.
It's all in the attitude and how she feels about herself I find when looking at women wherever I am. Same goes for men. If he walks confidently doesn't matter what he's wearing or looks like, huge turn on for a woman like me.

When it comes to females and males.............
I do agree that it does not matter what he/she wears (To an extent). The attitude(75% to 95%) and how they look (5% to 25%) does count for me. I will not date someone whose teeth are not all there &/Or are rotting out their mouth and/or looks like they were slapped too many times with the ugly stick.
I have to be real careful on how I present the boobs.
They evoke great emotional responses in both men and women.
I always take into consideration the city and part of the country I am in.
I ask the one who is being seen with me in "public" what he wants me to wear,
because my boobs require a strong confident man

I tend to notice women how have a very distinct sense of style. Although the trouble with being Bi is that moment of "do I want those pants? Or do I want IN those pants?" I did see a girl at pride wearing a skirt that was mostly fringe, and it pretty much danced when she walked...it was downright hypnotic.
For men it's different, I have a male professor that is always so well dressed. His clothes aren't always overly nice, but they fit him well, and his shoes tend to match his belt, we wears cuff links . All these little touches that really made his look polished. So even when he's dressed down, it still all clearly deliberate. There's something a bit sexy about that.
