While TER profiles tell us that some providers offer S&M, it doesn't specify which and most I think are Dommes only.  Obviously we can tell if her nom de guerre is 'Mistress foo' or 'Lady bar'.  I have even seen some profiles that specify 'spanking' without specifying whether it is giving or receiving.

So I was pleased to see providers in this thread tell us that they offer submission.   And that I think suggests that we make use of the regional discussion boards to inquire.
