Every once in a while, a client will say something that I haven't previously heard from other clients.

It has to do with how clients mentally prepare to see a provider vs a civvie. Societal views play into this as well, when you think of P4P, you think even if a provider is "Low volume" that she still maintains a healthy sex schedule, probably 3 clients per day, some more especially if they offer QVs etc. So mentally the client is preparing for a (for lack of better words) more broken in vagina. When it feels tighter then the clients will immediately feel the opposite way.
