I happen to have a lot of experience on this particular subject. I presume you're a male, for me, I have a very difficult time busting a nut. It's like an ED pill for your package but worse, during sex you stay hard but it's impossible to cum. Females enjoy it during sex because it is indeed an enhancer, but for men you can have varying reactions. Either you can have the effect as mentioned above or you can have "coke dick" where you can't even get hard and stay semi-hard the whole time.
I have to follow up this message by saying this is a very dangerous drug if not used properly. Age of use is important. Amount of water consumed is important. This is a complicated drug that releases three hormones that have both lovely effects and dangerous effects. They increase sex drive, they promote feeling of trust and warmth increasing the feeling of intimacy with the partner you are having sex with, and they increase heart rate and blood pressure and can have longer term effects (a day or two) that may not be pleasant. A good part of the answer to your question is involved with your age, your health, the status of your heart and BP, and your psych make up.
In short this is a drug with major effects and your question deserves a better answer than one from me or anyone else that does not really know you.

Dr Joe is spot on, we don't know what kind of other medication you're taking or what state of mind you're in as both of these will effect your experience. The only thing we can do as a community is make sure you don't die by ingesting a schedule 1 drug. You will have a hangover effect from the extreme release of dopamine/serotonin resulting in a few days of depression. Also my two add-ons are not hot temperature stay at room temperature or cool. No HOT SHOWERS during your trip they can fry your brain. Also water consumption, SLOWLY sip water throughout the night if you chug water you will die from over hydration and your cells will burst.
Also specific meds, if you take SSRI's they counteract the effectiveness of the drug don't bother taking any ecstasy it this is the case.
