I strongly disagree unless you're referring to a specific age-play/role-play scenario where the Domina is portraying a bratty princess or something of the sort.

In which case there is varying degrees that the GFE can be mixed in with domination. Usually the woman is in charge and the sex is generally rough for the guy, as in forced daty and brutal face sitting. That has been my experience thus far.
