Has anyone gotten a response from Date-check support..angry_smile

I paid for 3 months upfront, for a feature ad and when new ownership took over, my ad disappeared.  I have contacted them multiple times, with not so much as a response.  I am out several hundred dollars and feel ripped off.

I tried to handle this with them and now coming here to post a warning, as well as find out how to get anyone to respond to me.

Not a good way to do business.

At least they are back to the old DC site and not the new roll out.

I was able to get to DC .com and I see many large ads. Sort of 1/8 page ads using newspaper nomenclature. I can get to the login page and enter my info. But then, it spins and spins and I eventually get a 503 timeout error

Considering all of the complaints that date check has been receiving lately, it is only a matter of time before providers and hobbyist will leave date check in droves.  If p411 was a stock, now it might be a good time to buy.  Or Gina could make a play for it, and modify the site so it is more convenient for practitioners of the hobby to use.

She may not always side with you, but she will ALWAYS respond and at least attempt to resolve the issue.  And I have NEVER had an issue with my paid ads.  NEVER!

I have now been dealing with this for 2 weeks and not a single response.

P411 pretty much rocks. I always get a response FAST! Yep, Gina always responds but may not side but at least where they stand and a response is wonderful!  Not to mention,  I do get appointments off p411.  Almost never DC.  THAT is why I thought about a featured. Not now ! 2 weeks??? Goodness!  I would be livid!  
So sorry Angelina,  and you already spent that $$$ too? Wow..

I most defiantly will agree,p411  is defiantly very prompt with their requests.Whenever is send an email of concern,they ALWAYS respond within a couple hours to a day at the MOST.

I just recently paid for a photo change..and they had my changes within a day already updated!.

I use to be told to get with datecheck bc it's a great site and a lot of hobbyist  frequent it...but due to my recent encounters with the site,and the confusion of the site layout..I most definitely am glad I choose p411 ..date checks layout looks amateur and confusing like a newspaper collage with a bunch of colors and provider ads....they need a new theme and better support to help resolve issues

Gina and her staff always responded to inquiries and alerts quickly and efficiently. Not that I've had many, but when I have they were responsive.

But, we need more than one service that is widespread for traveling ladies to advertise and verify. I just hope that DC transfers all of our data, including the gentlemen's we met OKs and lifetime memberships.

I did hear they want to change to a model where the guys pay more and the ladies ads are free. If they don't honor my lifetime membership, I'm out there. I much prefer to give my hobby resources to the ladies and minimize my hobby overhead.

I got an email 4 or 5 days ago stating the new site will be back on the 15th and when you sign up mention you already a member and all your references etc. will be imported. I wanted to save the email, but of course it got deleted.

OK so as a provider,I recently signed up for date-check bc I heard it would be another great place to advertise and some guys I met said they only use datecheck...Well I signed for the darn thing February of this year...and their JUST NOW adding my photos to my profile.I kept submitting my photos and they took forever to FINALLY contact me. ..Another complain I have is the site is not so easy to navigate ,I sort of had to study the darn sight to figure out how to use it properly,there wasn't a section that properly explained about posting etc.

I also recently tried to pay $100 for an ad..it said once I'm verified as a member it will then charge my card....thing is my  profile is obviously already verified ,and I'm obviously a member or else I wouldn't have access to the sight to email them about my pics ,or able to try to pay for an ad...plus my profile says "verified provider"

 
To say the least it's been two weeks,an's I sill have not here from them about the ad I tries to pay for. .after reading this I'm glad they didn't take my hard earned money...they need to definitely get a better smoother system going for themselve
