You CAN have it every day. Or, even for every meal. But, after a while, it won't seem exciting any longer. And it will start to have negative consequences.
Sex will clear your pipes, not clog them 
But, I guess paid sex might be seen as a form of gluttony in that there's less give/take/compromise/reality than in a long-term or non-paid relationship.
Too much paid sex can lead one to have unrealistic expectations, and to develop a consuming and debilitating craving for things that might be better left to rare encounters.

I don't know what others consider unrealistic, but I don't see a thing wrong with getting laid everyday, paid for or otherwise, and I don't see myself with either a consuming or debilitating craving for sex, as long as I "get some" about every other day I am just fine now. lol I don't see any reason in the world to deprive myself of regular sex just because I am not really cut out for marriage or other long term relationships. From what you've posted, you view escorts as real women, and you understand that what you're paying for on an hourly basis, as a paid service, isn't necessarily what you get if you spent time with her as a person and not a paid companion.
Also, some women will put up with, or even encourage, things they don't necessarily enjoy.
I've seen some men who honestly can't understand the distinction between 'real' and 'paid' after a while. It's like they can't enjoy sex without losing sight of reality.
Edited to say: So I guess 'too much' would be the amount that causes a dude to lose sight of reality, and/or not be able to enjoy reality any longer.
