I occasionally set up my incall at a hotel near shake shack in Chicago, so that I can get that same combo. I am a strict vegetarian, and almost never eat dairy, but a thick chocolate shake after great sex is an rare treat.
Ice cream in general is very comforting for me though. My grandfather had a Rexall drugstore, with a proper old fashioned soda fountain in it. Ice cream was a huge part of my family upbringing.
