...I often get emails from providers that I have seen addressing me in the male pronoun and gushing about what a fine man I am. Lmfao! Obviously it's usually part of a mass email (I hope) but what a HUGE turnoff to receive something like that. Those providers (and/or the assistant that sent it) wind up in the spam folder and from that point on on my DNS list.

When I had active Favs... that I actually had a good time with... they were not an obivious 'despirate plea' but a conversation starter. Of course they wanted to get me to think of them & if I did so fondly, I often scheduled an appointment. But only if I was due for an appointment somewhere (my hobby fund could stand the withdrawal). If I wasn't ready to book for some reason, I didn't.

The bad providers always do that. Even if they did bad things to you. They have no pride and don't care. They have a list of guys that go thru every month when things are bad. Even when you block there cellphone number(s), they seem to get a new one and send a text "can we meet". One that I am dealing with left a message one time "I don't want to be a stalker", and then she laughed.
One time her husband/pimp called me up looking for her around 11pm. She got upset because I did not call her. She is bipolar.

The OP is the one that characterized the girl as "desperate for cash" when the narrative he attributed to her just seemed to me like any normal provider drumming up business. As nobody wants to be just another John, another paycheck for a provider, etc. They want to be acknowledged and appreciated. It’s not hard to do, even if faking it.
How much more effort does it take to name something specific from a previous encounter to appeal to the emotions to promote a possible future rendezvous? (A little goodwill in the details can produce better results.)
