After donating, is it practical to ask a provider if she has herpes?

She may not want to answer, for these reasons:

risk of losing my repeat business

I might publish the information somewhere

I also thought a great many of the ladies (and their customers) probably have herpes.

In the long run, there should be a way for clean people to find clean partners

Herpes need to make a living.  I try to be charitable to such girls by recommending them to a few guys on here that I don't like.

OMG... That is the most silly question I'h read.
if you think the girl has, why you are there?
so to remember, both ,man and woman ,can have diseases transmittable

A Post on another forum warning hobbyists to stay away from a certain provider, due to having contacted an STD;  usually the post is about a BP babe.

In fact, she will kick your paranoid ass out.  If you're lucky, she might return your donation.  NEVER ask ANY woman a blunt question like that.

I should also mention that about 90% of the general population has herpes in one form or another.  And herpes are not sores, they're little red bumps.  Like pimples.  Or insect bites.  The religious right adopted herpes as one of their "scare tactics" for making people wait for sex until marriage, and the general public bought it...hook, line, and sinker.

Herpes is the least of your worries when having sex.  And if it still scares you, don't play in the hobby.  And NEVER ask a woman if she has herpes, or any other STD, for that matter.

It's always a nice "ice breaker" when you meet a woman

It's probably more appropriate to ask after having BB sex with her.

I like to start slowly, with her social security number and real, full name. Things generally progress nicely from there.

Who else can say something like that except him? And my website has viruses, by his super anti-virus. That's unbelievably mysterious man.

I especially like your conclusions about why providers all have herpes, that they'll lie about it and especially your "Amazing Kreskin" ability to know precisely why they will lie! Brilliant!!!

Please go ahead and ask. It's not like that's arrogant or insulting or anything!

Your dick falling off, either you are not being safe or you're too paranoid for this hobby. Besides, where is the sport if it's not a little bit risky?

Is include with all your introductory emails something along the lines of "I am std tested regularly and happy to provide my results upon request. I prefer only to see providers who do the same. If that is not you, I understand and sorry for taking your time. If you know of any providers who do, I'd very much appreciate a referral."

And be prepared for plenty of rejections. However, there are loys and lots of providers out there. I suspect there may be a frw that wouldn't mind revealing their test results, probably with the name redacted. That's likely the best you can do until and unless you've eata lished a more trusting relationship with a provider.....but of course by then it's too late

Only if you see something that looks distinctly like herpes to you.  Even then, wait until you're feeling relaxed with one another and  be very delicate.  Do NOT point and exclaim, "What is THAT?"....... assume it is NOT herpes, and ask accordingly... "is that plaque psoriasis?" or "dermatitis?" or something along those lines. Always be kind to others.  :-)

I'm guessing you meant to write, "If she has herpes, she may not want to answer HONESTLY for these reasons".
Please try not to make assumptions about anyone's STI/STD status.  :-)

For the record,  I do not have herpes and do not mind answering such a question.  Newbies do this occasionally.
I smile (ok, it's a condescending smile but it's still a smile!) and assure them that I do not, but advise them that it might be wise to refrain from asking ladies in the future. ;-)

However, if you blurt out your question immediately after giving me your donation, or as part of a series of interview-like queries, I will hand you back your envelope and show you to the door.

Know the facts: about 6 in 10 persons have herpes I (oral) and about 1 in 6 have herpes II (genital).

The good thing is most of the time it is dormant and is harmless.

However when active it can spread through contacts.

Good luck ever getting an honest answer. Many don't even know whether they have herpes.

Even if you're unfortunately to catch it it is NOT the end of the world. With treatment it's just temporary annoyance and inconvenience.

But if you're still too paranoid about such a simple STD this hobby is NOT for you.

Self-service remains the guaranteed 100% safe sex so there's still that option

I have often wondered if a girl making thousands of dollars per day/week/or month, would quit if she contracted herpes or genital warts, or HPV?  Would they really retire in their twenties and get a "real job" at regular wages.  I will apologize, in advance, to the ladies that could make a comparable wage at a non-escort job.  Most I have met make substantially more in the hobby than in the non hobby world.  Just wondering.  No answers needed.  I think there is a risk playing in this arena.  Could be LE, STD, or just getting found out by SO.  Someday maybe this may be legal, there will be instant tests, and open marriage.  Until then, play on, and Stay Thirsty My Friend.

Have you shared a towel with someone ? or perhaps drank from the same bottle as someone else ?
have you ever had sex with someone  ?  If you answered yes to any of these , You may have herpes .

HSV is a skin condition and unfortunately condom will not protect you from it ,
so anytime you stick your pleasure wand somewhere you are risking of getting infected or passing infection to someone else.

HSV is extremely infectious  and rarely it is capable of staying alive under certain conditions for
upwards of an hour or more , so if let say you are sharing a damp towel with someone
and they are infected and virus is shedding, there is a very small risk you may get infected too.
If you or your partner has a visible sore around their mouth or genitals the risks are extremely
high for passing the infection , unfortunately most people pass the infection without knowing.

But look at it from a bright side ,
Here are some statistics for you to consider .

4 in 5 people has Herpes 1  in the WORLD !!!
that's approximately 80 % of the global POPULATION !
approximately 25 % of the population has HSV 2 ( Genital Herpes )

So Dude , HSV is more common than you think , and in most cases people don't even know they have it , unless they test for it.  If you take a test you maybe surprised that you have it too.

In my opinion ,if you ask any escort if she has herpes you are making an ass out of yourself ,
and second , If you are so paranoid about a HSV a harmless little virus ( in most cases )
than this hobby is not for you.

Protect yourself well , and enjoy sex ;
