Once concern I often have with a provider, be it incall or outcall to my hotel is if she has drugs in her possession. I've been with some, especially on Manila (bar girls) that are just overly chatty or hyperactive. My concern is if there was a prostitution bust, or even a traffic stop on the way back to the hotel, would I be arrested if she had drugs on her.
Does anyone have any experience of knowledge of this?
There are some general concepts you will hear bandied about like constructive possession, and dominion and control, and secreted in a place (like a purse) not under your control, and on and on, and you will also hear that to some extent it may depend on the locality where this happens, but the reality is that if you are arrested - rightly or wrongly - (and a lot of cops will throw everything to the pie and leave it to the courts to sort it out) this is a problem you really really don't need.
So... best thing to do is what the providers say to do if something smells rotten (pun sort of intended): trust your gut and get out of Dodge if you feel that you are at risk. Generally, traffic stops don't include a full search of the people in the car but other things can escalate a simple stop (if she's hopped up she freaks out and berates the officer, the office tries to calm her and she gets violent, you try to restrain her and it's interpreted as you going after the cop and on and on, and now we have a couple of arrests and searches incident to arrest and if the cop likes doing paperwork then right or wrong, you may just get charges with something you will then have to fight regardless of whether it's ultimately thrown out)... Is this a typical scenario -no. Does stuff like this happen - yes on rare but devastating occasions.
You can never eliminate risks, and you are in a risky world here to begin with, but you can minimize them - and my advice to you is to minimize them.
PS nothing here is to be taken as legal advice just because I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night lol.

No, not picking up streetwalkers. I do goo to Manila and sometimes (well, often) come home in a cab with a bar girl. On a recent visit, when we got to the hotel I could tell she was jacked on Coke. So the traffic stop would be in a cab with her.
While I used to regularly pick up streetwalkers in the 80s and 90s, I actually only remember 2 times ever giving one a ride in my car. I always parked and got out and walked, then If I found one I liked, we would walk together (or grab a cab if far) to her place.
Now that I see escorts, I have had many in my car.
In most other cities you didn't want to be walking the streets in the parts of town where most of the SWs would gather
but the point of my post was really the second part. balljointnut seemed to be saying there is no reason to have an escort in your car, and I was stating that I have had many escorts in my car. I used the first point just to illustrate the irony. :
Not so much if they bust her afterwards, but if they search her phone and find your number, then you could get a call from LE looking for evidence.

If she is in possession in a car or in your/her room a good lawyer could keep you from getting convicted. If it's laying around in her room you could probably still beat the constructive possession argument. BUT like someone else said above. Beating the case is different from getting arrested and busted. Also when everybody gets popped. Somebody usually talks. So this lady that seemed like your friend may be willing to say whatever is necessary to keep herself from max charges. Count on some drama.
I'd say it is not too likely however.

I go to other countries than you, mainly in Latin America, but I also do mainly the "bar girls" as well.
I will confess to having seen a lot of chicas who use "Peruvian marching powder", but I have never been too worried about getting busted over their dope. It helps that prostitution itself is legal so it's unlikely that I will ever have any reason for the cops to hassle me and I can't imagine ever being searched if a cab I am in gets stopped for a traffic violation.
If it worries you this much, you might check the laws in the Philippines were it comes to drug possession
I believe the death penalty comes into play. Not that they would ever use it, but they get you to cough up $30K in bribe money pretty quickly. I think I just answered my own question!

Incall not as much of a problem
She brings drugs into your hotel room she can claim they are yours. He said, she said. Police automatically assume you are morally bankrupt so maybe you requested a working girl with drugs.

And again it's vitally important for hobbyists to write HONEST reviews.
It's one of the reasons that outcall is much safer from the man's perspective.
Has anyone here ever had LE barge into their room while hosting? and by anyone, I mean from the clients perspective. And I don't want to hear about a friend of a friend of a friend type of example, Has any guy (sorry lopaw) EVER had LE burst into their room because they were entertaining a hooker?
